永磁轉(zhuǎn)子偏轉(zhuǎn)式三自由度電機(jī)磁場和轉(zhuǎn)矩特性的計算與分析

【摘要】:永磁轉(zhuǎn)子多自由度電機(jī)可實(shí)現(xiàn)輸出軸的多自由度運(yùn)動,簡化電機(jī)機(jī)械系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu),提高傳動系統(tǒng)的響應(yīng)速度和定位精度,是國內(nèi)外電機(jī)領(lǐng)域的一個研究熱點(diǎn)。該文提出了一種蝶形永磁轉(zhuǎn)子偏轉(zhuǎn)式三自由度電機(jī),基于有限元法建立了該電機(jī)的三維有限元模型,對電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子磁場的分布進(jìn)行了計算和分析,并與解析模型的計算結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對比驗(yàn)證。在此基礎(chǔ)上,計算并分析了該電機(jī)的自轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)矩和偏轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)矩,并與鼓形永磁轉(zhuǎn)子偏轉(zhuǎn)式三自由度電機(jī)的磁場和轉(zhuǎn)矩進(jìn)行對比分析,結(jié)果表明蝶形永磁轉(zhuǎn)子偏轉(zhuǎn)式三自由度電機(jī)可增大氣隙磁通密度和自轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)矩的幅值,有效改善和提高偏轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)矩的幅值,并增加偏轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動的范圍。最后,對樣機(jī)進(jìn)行了測試,并將實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果與有限元及解析模型的計算結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對比驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:Permanent magnet rotor multi-degree-of-freedom motor can realize the motion of output shaft, simplify the structure of motor mechanical system, and improve the response speed and positioning accuracy of transmission system. It is a research hotspot in the field of motor at home and abroad. In this paper, a butterfly permanent magnet rotor deflection motor with three degrees of freedom is proposed. The 3D finite element model of the motor is established based on the finite element method, and the magnetic field distribution of the rotor is calculated and analyzed. The results are compared with the analytical model. On this basis, the rotation torque and deflection torque of the motor are calculated and analyzed, and compared with the magnetic field and torque of the drum permanent magnet rotor deflection motor with three degrees of freedom. The results show that the butterfly permanent magnet rotor deflection motor can increase the flux density of air gap and the amplitude of rotation torque, improve and increase the amplitude of deflection torque, and increase the range of deflection motion. Finally, the prototype is tested, and the experimental results are compared with the calculated results of finite element and analytical models.
