考慮網(wǎng)絡(luò)約束的風(fēng)電水電協(xié)同果蠅優(yōu)化控制

【摘要】:風(fēng)力發(fā)電嚴(yán)重受氣候影響且隨機(jī)波動(dòng)性強(qiáng)使得風(fēng)電的調(diào)度困難經(jīng)常導(dǎo)致棄風(fēng)。該文利用水電的調(diào)峰調(diào)頻特性平抑風(fēng)電輸出功率的波動(dòng),使水電廠和風(fēng)電場向電力系統(tǒng)提供的功率之和按照計(jì)劃輸出,將隨機(jī)波動(dòng)性強(qiáng)的風(fēng)電的出力轉(zhuǎn)化成可以參與電力系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行計(jì)劃的穩(wěn)定出力,這種方式稱之為風(fēng)水協(xié)同運(yùn)行策略。風(fēng)電場和水電廠一般不在同一地點(diǎn),因此,該文考慮了協(xié)同運(yùn)行中的網(wǎng)絡(luò)約束。為了提高協(xié)同運(yùn)行的有效性,提出了采用果蠅算法優(yōu)化水輪機(jī)的PID控制器參數(shù)。仿真結(jié)果表明,采用果蠅優(yōu)化后的PID控制比常規(guī)PID控制方案具有更好的控制效果;采用果蠅算法優(yōu)化后的水電可快速、穩(wěn)定地跟蹤風(fēng)電的變化,使風(fēng)電與水電出力之和基本保持在預(yù)定范圍之內(nèi),減少對電網(wǎng)的沖擊,有利于電網(wǎng)的長期穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。仿真結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了該文方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:Wind power generation is seriously affected by climate and random volatility makes wind power scheduling difficult often lead to abandon wind. In this paper, the fluctuation of output power of wind power is stabilized by using the characteristic of peak shaving and frequency modulation of hydropower, so that the sum of the power supplied by hydropower plant and wind farm to the power system is output according to the plan. It is called the geomantic cooperative operation strategy that the wind power with strong random volatility can be transformed into the stable output force which can participate in the operation plan of the power system. Wind farms and hydropower plants are usually not in the same location, so the network constraints in cooperative operation are considered in this paper. In order to improve the effectiveness of cooperative operation, the Drosophila algorithm is proposed to optimize the parameters of PID controller of hydraulic turbine. The simulation results show that the optimized PID control scheme has better control effect than the conventional PID control scheme, and the hydropower optimized by the Drosophila algorithm can track the change of wind power quickly and stably. The sum of wind power and hydropower output is kept within a predetermined range, and the impact on power grid is reduced, which is beneficial to the long-term stable operation of power grid. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
