計(jì)及風(fēng)電—負(fù)荷耦合關(guān)系的含大規(guī)模風(fēng)電系統(tǒng)調(diào)峰運(yùn)行優(yōu)化

【摘要】:隨機(jī)性風(fēng)電出力的準(zhǔn)確建模是含大規(guī)模風(fēng)電系統(tǒng)調(diào)峰運(yùn)行優(yōu)化的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)之一。針對中國系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的實(shí)際特點(diǎn),提出計(jì)及風(fēng)電出力與日負(fù)荷時序耦合關(guān)系的交互特性評價指標(biāo),并據(jù)此建立基于調(diào)峰問題驅(qū)動的風(fēng)電出力模型。該模型以關(guān)鍵場景、聚類場景及其概率分布表征風(fēng)電接入對系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行和調(diào)峰需求的綜合影響;谠擄L(fēng)電出力模型,建立了含大規(guī)模風(fēng)電系統(tǒng)的調(diào)峰運(yùn)行優(yōu)化模型。通過多場景下的運(yùn)行優(yōu)化,獲得各項(xiàng)運(yùn)行指標(biāo)的期望值,實(shí)現(xiàn)對系統(tǒng)調(diào)峰運(yùn)行特性的綜合分析。對中國西部某省進(jìn)行了算例分析,驗(yàn)證了所提方法的有效性和實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:Accurate modeling of stochastic wind power output is one of the key links in peak load regulation operation optimization of wind power system with large scale. In view of the actual characteristics of Chinese system operation, an interactive characteristic evaluation index considering the coupling relationship between wind power output and daily load time series is proposed, and a wind power output model based on peak-shaving problem is established. In this model, key scenarios, clustering scenarios and their probability distributions are used to characterize the comprehensive impact of wind power access on system operation and peak-shaving requirements. Based on the wind power output model, a peak shaving operation optimization model with large scale wind power system is established. Through the operation optimization under multiple scenarios, the expected values of each operation index are obtained, and the comprehensive analysis of the peak-shaving operation characteristics of the system is realized. An example of a province in western China is given to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method.
