電解二氧化錳制備富鋰錳基正極材料性能研究

【摘要】:以電解二氧化錳為錳源,采用球磨法和高溫固相法制備了富鋰錳基正極材料Li_(1.2)Mn_(0.54)Co_(0.13)Ni_(0.13)O_2。探索了燒結(jié)溫度對富鋰錳基材料結(jié)構(gòu)和性能的影響,確定了最佳溫度條件。采用X射線衍射和掃描電子顯微鏡對所合成的正極材料進行了結(jié)構(gòu)和形貌表征,同時通過充放電測試對材料電化學(xué)性能進行了測試。結(jié)果表明,在850℃下,以電解二氧化錳為錳源制備的富鋰錳基正極材料具有較好的電化學(xué)性能,在0.05C、0.1C、0.2C、0.5C和1C下的首次放電比容量為254.8、238.1、217.6、179.9和161.8 mAh/g。在0.2C下循環(huán)20次,容量保持率為93.66%,在0.5C下循環(huán)50次容量保持率為90.03%,在1C下循環(huán)100次容量保持率為88.31%。
[Abstract]:Li _ (1.2) mn _ (0.54) Co _ (0.13) Ni _ (0.13) O _ 2 was prepared by ball milling and high temperature solid state method with electrolytic manganese dioxide as manganese source. The effect of sintering temperature on the structure and properties of lithium-rich manganese based materials was investigated and the optimum temperature conditions were determined. The structure and morphology of the synthesized cathode materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy, and the electrochemical properties of the materials were tested by charge-discharge tests.
