基于載波頻率優(yōu)化的級聯(lián)型APF源性諧波能量不均抑制方法

【摘要】:基于載波移相(CPS)調(diào)制的H橋級聯(lián)型(CHB)有源電力濾波器(APF)是中高壓系統(tǒng)諧波治理的有效手段。分析并指出了級聯(lián)型拓?fù)湓谳敵鲋C波電流時存在的源性諧波能量不均問題。當(dāng)輸出的諧波電流頻率與單元輸出電壓中某一開關(guān)諧波頻率一致時,將產(chǎn)生功率耦合,導(dǎo)致單元直流電容電壓發(fā)散。針對性地提出了一種載波頻率優(yōu)化方法:通過引入載波頻率偏移量,實現(xiàn)了單元輸出電壓開關(guān)諧波與APF輸出諧波電流的功率解耦;討論了不同的載波偏移量對電容電壓波動的影響,并給出了最優(yōu)頻率偏移量計算方法。對比了載波頻率優(yōu)化方法和傳統(tǒng)載波輪換方法抑制源性諧波能量不均的效果,體現(xiàn)了載波頻率優(yōu)化方法的優(yōu)越性。仿真和現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用證明了所提方法能夠有效地防止直流側(cè)電壓的發(fā)散并將波動抑制在最小值。
[Abstract]:H-bridge cascaded (CHB) active power filter (APF) based on carrier phase-shifted (CPS) modulation is an effective method for harmonic control in medium and high voltage systems. This paper analyzes and points out the problem that the harmonic energy of the cascaded topology is uneven when the harmonic current is outputted. When the output harmonic current frequency is the same as a switching harmonic frequency in the unit output voltage, the power coupling will occur, resulting in the unit DC capacitor voltage divergence. A carrier frequency optimization method is proposed. By introducing carrier frequency offset, the power decoupling of unit output voltage switch harmonics and APF output harmonic current is realized. The influence of different carrier offset on capacitance voltage fluctuation is discussed, and the calculation method of optimal frequency offset is given. Compared with the traditional carrier frequency optimization method and the traditional carrier rotation method to suppress the harmonic energy imbalance, the superiority of the carrier frequency optimization method is demonstrated. The simulation and field application show that the proposed method can effectively prevent the DC side voltage from diverging and restrain the fluctuation to the minimum.
