唐山地區(qū)配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案研究

【摘要】:配電網(wǎng)是連接用戶與主網(wǎng)的中間部分,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,用戶對(duì)配電網(wǎng)供電能力要求越來越高,配電網(wǎng)的建設(shè)不可能一勞永逸,每過一段時(shí)間需要重新對(duì)配電網(wǎng)的結(jié)構(gòu)及供電調(diào)設(shè)備進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的規(guī)劃和調(diào)整。配電網(wǎng)的供電可靠與否將直接影響用戶的用電體驗(yàn),因此對(duì)配電網(wǎng)進(jìn)行合理規(guī)劃,提高配電網(wǎng)的供電可靠性與經(jīng)濟(jì)性,具有十分重要的意義。在分析配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的背景和意義的基礎(chǔ)上,首先對(duì)唐山地區(qū)高壓、中壓、低壓配電網(wǎng)的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,并詳細(xì)分析高、中、低配電網(wǎng)設(shè)備如線路、變電設(shè)備運(yùn)行及負(fù)荷情況進(jìn)行分析,并找出目前唐山地區(qū)高壓及中壓配電網(wǎng)中存在的主要問題;在對(duì)唐山地區(qū)歷史用電量分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)未來五唐山地區(qū)的電力需求形勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析,并對(duì)唐山中心區(qū)、開平區(qū)、古冶區(qū)、海港開發(fā)區(qū)的電量預(yù)測(cè),并分別進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)景、近景負(fù)荷預(yù)測(cè),為唐山地區(qū)配電網(wǎng)的規(guī)劃奠定基礎(chǔ)。研究配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的目標(biāo)及技術(shù)原則,并針對(duì)唐山地區(qū)配電網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀,給出適合唐山地區(qū)110kV、10kV、380V配電網(wǎng)的技術(shù)原則,確定了220kV配電網(wǎng)、110kV配電網(wǎng)的及唐山四個(gè)區(qū)(中心區(qū)、開平區(qū)、古冶區(qū)、海港區(qū))的規(guī)劃方案,確定了唐山地區(qū)配電網(wǎng)的變電站數(shù)量、變電站位置等。最后給出了唐山地區(qū)配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的投資估算。
[Abstract]:Distribution network is the middle part of the connection between users and main network. With the development of economy, the power supply capacity of distribution network is becoming more and more high, and the construction of distribution network cannot be done once and for all. It is necessary to plan and adjust the structure of the distribution network and the power supply regulation equipment for a period of time. Whether the distribution network is reliable or not will directly affect the user's experience of using electricity. Therefore, it is of great significance to plan the distribution network reasonably and improve the reliability and economy of the distribution network. On the basis of analyzing the background and significance of distribution network planning, the structure of high voltage, medium voltage and low voltage distribution network in Tangshan area is analyzed firstly, and the high, medium and low distribution network equipments such as line are analyzed in detail. This paper analyzes the operation and load of substation equipment, and finds out the main problems existing in the distribution network of high voltage and medium voltage in Tangshan area at present, based on the analysis of historical electricity consumption in Tangshan area, This paper analyzes the situation of electric power demand in Wutang Mountain area in the future, and forecasts the electricity quantity of Tangshan Central District, Kaiping District, Ancient smelter area and Harbour Development Zone, and carries out the forecast of prospect and close-range load respectively. For Tangshan area distribution network planning laid the foundation. The goal and technical principle of distribution network planning are studied. According to the present situation of distribution network in Tangshan area, the technical principles suitable for distribution network of 110 kV / 10 kV / 380V distribution network in Tangshan area are given, and the 110kV distribution network of 220kV distribution network and four districts (center area, Kaiping area) of 220kV distribution network are determined. The number and location of substation in distribution network of Tangshan area are determined. Finally, the investment estimation of distribution network planning in Tangshan area is given.
