珠海配網(wǎng)10kV開(kāi)關(guān)柜故障分析及對(duì)策研究
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of power industry, 10kV high voltage switchgear is becoming more popular, and the impact of equipment failure on reliability is becoming more and more significant. Therefore, the maintenance and repair of 10kV high voltage switchgear has been paid more and more attention. In recent years, Zhuhai Power supply Bureau has done a great deal of analysis and research on the failure of 10kV high voltage switchgear. Based on the statistical analysis of fault types, this paper focuses on three aspects: heating fault, insulation fault and mechanism fault. This paper analyzes the causes of the failure and puts forward some specific measures. The specific work is as follows: firstly, the overall fault situation of the 10kV high voltage switchgear in Zhuhai Power supply Bureau is statistically analyzed, and the types of faults and the frequency of the failure are obtained. The most common faults of 10kV switchgear in Zhuhai Power supply Bureau are heating fault, insulation fault and mechanism fault. Secondly, through the analysis of the heating part and the theoretical calculation of the temperature rise, the main reasons of the heating fault include poor contact of the conductive part and improper selection of the conductive material, etc. The non-contact wireless temperature measurement method is proposed to monitor the temperature in the switchgear, so as to prevent the occurrence of heating fault. Then, according to the insulation fault, an example of insulation fault is analyzed in recent years. It is concluded that the main reason for the insulation fault is the poor insulation capability of the electrical equipment in the switchgear. In this paper, the partial discharge acoustic wave detection technology is proposed to monitor the insulation of the switchgear, and the practical application effect in the investigation of insulation discharge faults in Zhuhai Bureau is given. Finally, the main reasons of the structural failure are analyzed, and the ground cutter auxiliary switch of AEG switchgear is the most likely part of the fault, and the transmission structure of the auxiliary switch is redesigned, and the material is selected. Finally, the new auxiliary switch transmission mechanism is developed and put into practical application. Based on the analysis of the failure of 10kV switchgear in Zhuhai Power supply Bureau, the main types of faults are obtained, and the main causes of the faults are analyzed and effective measures are put forward. The practical application results show that the measures proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the failure rate and have a strong guiding significance for the maintenance and repair of 10kV switchgear in Zhuhai Power supply Bureau.
