【摘要】：隨著高滲透率可再生能源和大規(guī)模靈活負(fù)荷的廣泛接入,在市場環(huán)境下用戶以實(shí)現(xiàn)自身利益最大化的電能生產(chǎn)或消費(fèi)行為,將可能導(dǎo)致配電網(wǎng)潮流分布在時間及空間上的過度集中,從而出現(xiàn)阻塞問題。文中提出了一種基于智能軟開關(guān)與市場機(jī)制的有源配電網(wǎng)阻塞管理方法。考慮市場環(huán)境下靈活負(fù)荷的響應(yīng)特性,建立了基于智能軟開關(guān)與電價機(jī)制的配電網(wǎng)阻塞管理模型,通過將直接控制手段與市場調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制相結(jié)合來解決有源配電網(wǎng)的阻塞問題。采用PGE 69節(jié)點(diǎn)算例對所提出的阻塞管理方法進(jìn)行了分析與驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明,該方法可以有效解決配電網(wǎng)阻塞問題,且智能軟開關(guān)對于緩解系統(tǒng)阻塞及降低阻塞費(fèi)用有顯著作用。
[Abstract]:With the wide access of renewable energy with high permeability and flexible load on a large scale, in the market environment, users can produce or consume electricity in order to maximize their own interests. It may lead to excessive concentration of distribution power flow in time and space, thus causing congestion problem. In this paper, an active distribution network congestion management method based on intelligent soft switch and market mechanism is proposed. Considering the response characteristics of flexible load in market environment, the blocking management model of distribution network based on intelligent soft switch and electricity price mechanism is established. The blocking problem of active distribution network is solved by combining direct control method with market regulation mechanism. An example of PGE 69 node is used to analyze and verify the proposed method. The results show that this method can effectively solve the congestion problem of distribution network, and the intelligent soft switch has a significant effect on alleviating system congestion and reducing congestion cost.
