開(kāi)關(guān)磁鏈永磁電機(jī)的性能分析和齒槽轉(zhuǎn)矩研究

【摘要】:開(kāi)關(guān)磁鏈永磁電機(jī)是一種新型的雙凸極永磁電機(jī),其轉(zhuǎn)子結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、無(wú)繞組,定子極中間嵌有橫向充磁的永磁體,兩兩相鄰的永磁體充磁方向相反,定子繞組為集中繞組。由于開(kāi)關(guān)磁鏈永磁電機(jī)的永磁體位于定子中,較傳統(tǒng)轉(zhuǎn)子永磁型電機(jī)更可靠,同時(shí)具有較高的功率密度、效率以及良好的弱磁能力,對(duì)其研究具有重要的理論意義和良好的應(yīng)用前景。本文的主要工作如下:綜述了開(kāi)關(guān)磁鏈永磁電機(jī)的研究意義和發(fā)展概況。以三相12/10極開(kāi)關(guān)磁鏈永磁電機(jī)為研究對(duì)象,介紹了基本結(jié)構(gòu)和運(yùn)行原理,討論了磁路和電路基本方程及機(jī)電聯(lián)系方程,在此基礎(chǔ)上推導(dǎo)了基于dq0坐標(biāo)的電機(jī)數(shù)學(xué)模型,為后續(xù)研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ);谟邢拊浖﨧axwell對(duì)開(kāi)關(guān)磁鏈永磁電機(jī)的靜態(tài)特性、損耗和效率等進(jìn)行了仿真分析,基于熱傳遞的基本理論,在ANSYSWorkbench平臺(tái)中對(duì)電機(jī)進(jìn)行了溫度場(chǎng)仿真研究。深入研究了開(kāi)關(guān)磁鏈永磁電機(jī)的齒槽轉(zhuǎn)矩。由于開(kāi)關(guān)磁鏈永磁電機(jī)的雙凸極結(jié)構(gòu),使得定子極磁路嚴(yán)重飽和,其齒槽轉(zhuǎn)矩相較于傳統(tǒng)的永磁電機(jī)要大很多。為降低電機(jī)的制造和裝配難度,本文采用在定子極加入導(dǎo)磁橋的方法來(lái)簡(jiǎn)化定子結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)導(dǎo)磁橋的厚度和位置進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。提出了四種基于帶導(dǎo)磁橋開(kāi)關(guān)磁鏈永磁電機(jī)的短磁體結(jié)構(gòu),以減小電機(jī)的齒槽轉(zhuǎn)矩,利用有限元方法比較研究了四種短磁體結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)齒槽轉(zhuǎn)矩和輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩的影響,給出了最優(yōu)結(jié)構(gòu)方案。設(shè)計(jì)制造了兩臺(tái)實(shí)驗(yàn)樣機(jī),對(duì)樣機(jī)的性能、溫升和齒槽轉(zhuǎn)矩進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,驗(yàn)證了所提方法和仿真分析的正確性。
[Abstract]:Switched flux chain permanent magnet motor is a new type of doubly salient permanent magnet motor with simple rotor structure, no winding, transverse permanent magnet embedded in the middle of the stator pole, two adjacent permanent magnets with opposite direction of magnetization, and the stator winding as a concentrated winding. Since the permanent magnet of the switched flux permanent magnet motor is located in the stator, it is more reliable than the traditional rotor permanent magnet motor, and has higher power density, higher efficiency and better magnetic weakening capacity. It has important theoretical significance and good application prospect. The main work of this paper is as follows: the research significance and development of switched flux permanent magnet motor are summarized. Taking the three-phase 12 / 10 pole switched flux permanent magnet motor as the research object, this paper introduces the basic structure and operation principle, discusses the basic equations of magnetic circuit and circuit, and the electromechanical relation equation. On this basis, the mathematical model of the motor based on dq0 coordinate is derived. It lays a theoretical foundation for further research. Based on the finite element software Maxwell, the static characteristics, loss and efficiency of the switched flux permanent magnet motor are simulated and analyzed. Based on the basic theory of heat transfer, the temperature field of the motor is simulated on the ANSYSWorkbench platform. The slotting torque of switched flux permanent magnet motor is studied in depth. Because of the double salient pole structure of switched flux chain permanent magnet motor, the stator pole magnetic circuit is seriously saturated, and the tooth slot torque is much larger than that of the traditional permanent magnet motor. In order to reduce the difficulty of manufacturing and assembling the motor, the stator structure is simplified by adding a magnetic conduction bridge to the stator pole, and the thickness and position of the magnetic conduction bridge are optimized. Four kinds of short magnet structures based on switched flux chain permanent magnet motor with magnetic conduction bridge are proposed to reduce the slot torque of the motor. The effects of four short magnet structures on the slot torque and the output torque are compared by using finite element method. The optimal structure scheme is given. Two experimental prototypes are designed and manufactured. The performance of the prototype, temperature rise and the torque of the tooth slot are studied experimentally, and the correctness of the proposed method and the simulation analysis are verified.
