【摘要】：信息化和工業(yè)化融合(兩化融合)管理體系作為眾多企業(yè)規(guī)劃和建設(shè)的高度精煉的通用性標(biāo)準(zhǔn),也同樣適用于數(shù)字化電廠。數(shù)字化電廠兩化融合管理體系的規(guī)劃和建設(shè)應(yīng)當(dāng)以獲取可持續(xù)競爭優(yōu)勢為關(guān)注焦點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)電廠的業(yè)務(wù)架構(gòu)、應(yīng)用架構(gòu)、技術(shù)架構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)架構(gòu)和集成架構(gòu),并不斷完善和充實(shí)數(shù)字化電廠的實(shí)質(zhì)內(nèi)容,對電廠各種數(shù)據(jù)采用統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的數(shù)據(jù)格式,確保數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性、時效性和可追溯性,保證數(shù)據(jù)的共享和統(tǒng)一管理,使電廠形成信息化環(huán)境下的新型能力和可持續(xù)的競爭優(yōu)勢。建議盡快開展適合發(fā)電企業(yè)特點(diǎn)的兩化融合管理體系的管理咨詢和分析方法的研究,制定發(fā)電企業(yè)兩化融合管理體系的實(shí)施導(dǎo)則和框架文件模版。
[Abstract]:The management system of information and industrialization integration is also suitable for digital power plants as a highly refined universal standard for many enterprises' planning and construction. The planning and construction of the integrated management system of digital power plant should focus on the sustainable competitive advantage, and design the business architecture, application architecture, technical architecture, data architecture and integration architecture of the power plant. In order to ensure the accuracy, timeliness and traceability of the data, the data sharing and unified management can be ensured by perfecting and enriching the essential content of the digital power plant, adopting the unified and standardized data format, and ensuring the accuracy, timeliness and traceability of the data. Make the power plant form the new ability and the sustainable competitive advantage under the information environment. It is suggested that the management consultation and analysis methods of the integrated management system suitable for the characteristics of power generation enterprises should be carried out as soon as possible, and the implementation guidelines and framework document templates of the integrated management system for the power generation enterprises should be worked out.
