基于4塊排樣方式的電機用圓形片下料算法

【摘要】:介紹一種基于4塊排樣方式的下料算法。構(gòu)造4塊排樣方式的無約束生成算法和有約束生成算法;然后采用線性規(guī)劃規(guī)劃算法迭代調(diào)用無約束排樣算法生成第一部分下料方案,采用順序啟發(fā)式算法順序調(diào)用有約束排樣算法生成第二部分下料方案;最后組合兩部分下料方案形成最終下料方案。以參考文獻中具體的生產(chǎn)實例進行計算分析,結(jié)果表明該下料算法比一般的下料算法更能節(jié)省板材。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces a cutting algorithm based on 4 block layout. Four unconstrained generation algorithms and constrained generation algorithms are constructed, and then the first part of the cutting scheme is generated by using linear programming algorithm to iteratively call the unconstrained layout algorithm. The second part of the cutting scheme is generated by the sequential heuristic algorithm, and the final cutting scheme is formed by combining the two parts of the blanking scheme. The results show that the algorithm can save the plate more than the common algorithm.
