風(fēng)電場棄風(fēng)電量分類統(tǒng)計(jì)方法研究

【摘要】:目前我國部分風(fēng)電開發(fā)大省由于電網(wǎng)對風(fēng)電的消納能力不足存在比較嚴(yán)重的棄風(fēng)現(xiàn)象?茖W(xué)地統(tǒng)計(jì)風(fēng)電場棄風(fēng)電量及其構(gòu)成,對于確定合理?xiàng)夛L(fēng)的原則和條件,并制定相關(guān)考核機(jī)制和補(bǔ)償方案具有重要參考價值,同時對于電網(wǎng)節(jié)能調(diào)度、提高風(fēng)能利用率、分析風(fēng)電場的運(yùn)行管理情況也具有重要意義。分析了現(xiàn)有棄風(fēng)電量統(tǒng)計(jì)方法的原理及特點(diǎn),提出了基于風(fēng)電機(jī)組監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)的棄風(fēng)電量計(jì)算方法及根據(jù)風(fēng)電機(jī)組運(yùn)行狀態(tài)對棄風(fēng)電量分類統(tǒng)計(jì)的方法。該方法使用實(shí)測的風(fēng)電機(jī)組運(yùn)行狀態(tài)、風(fēng)速、風(fēng)向和功率數(shù)據(jù)作為計(jì)算棄風(fēng)電量的基礎(chǔ),不僅能夠更加準(zhǔn)確地計(jì)算總棄風(fēng)電量,還能夠分類統(tǒng)計(jì)不同原因造成的棄風(fēng)電量。另外,采用內(nèi)蒙古電網(wǎng)風(fēng)電場的實(shí)際算例驗(yàn)證了該方法的有效性和適用性。
[Abstract]:At present, there is a serious phenomenon of wind abandonment in some major wind power development provinces due to the insufficient capacity of the power grid to absorb wind power. The scientific statistics of wind power output and its composition are of great reference value for determining the principles and conditions of reasonable wind abandonment, and for establishing relevant assessment mechanisms and compensation schemes, and for grid energy conservation and dispatching, and for improving the utilization of wind energy. It is also of great significance to analyze the operation and management of wind farm. This paper analyzes on the principle and characteristics of the existing statistical methods of abandoned wind power, and puts forward a method of calculating the quantity of abandoned wind power based on the monitoring data of wind turbine and classifying the quantity of abandoned wind power according to the operating state of wind turbine. The method uses the measured wind turbine operating state, wind speed, wind direction and power data as the basis for calculating the abandoned wind power. It can not only calculate the total abandoned wind power more accurately, but also classify and calculate the abandoned wind power volume caused by different reasons. In addition, the effectiveness and applicability of the method are verified by a practical example of wind farm in Inner Mongolia Power Grid.
