直流大功率繼電器電弧研究綜述
[Abstract]:In recent years, the aviation, aerospace and new energy industries have ushered in a golden period of rapid development, in which the DC distribution, management and control systems have completed the implementation break. DC high-power relay, which is the key component of power switching and fault protection, has been paid more and more attention. In the course of operation of DC high power relay, the generation of arc will greatly affect the process of DC breaking. Therefore, the research on arc characteristics and arc erosion is a key problem to improve the reliability of DC high-power relay and to quantitatively evaluate and predict the electrical life. Arc is a basic scientific problem involving plasma physics, electromagnetic field, hydrodynamics, heat conduction and so on. At present, it is not perfect and clear to understand the physical mechanism and arc characteristics of DC arc contact erosion of relay type switchgear. In this paper, the mathematical model of DC relay switch arc erosion and arc characteristics are summarized from the aspects of numerical simulation and experimental measurement. The future research work of DC high-power relay type switch electric arc is prospected.
