A縣“十三五”期間高壓電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃對電力企業(yè)的長遠發(fā)展的起重要作用,是國民經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展的重要組成部分,對整個國家的發(fā)展起基礎支撐作用。電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的作用是使電網(wǎng)的未來的發(fā)展建設適應、滿足并適度超前于規(guī)劃地區(qū)內的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展需求,并能發(fā)揮其對于電網(wǎng)建設、運行和供電保障的先導和決定作用,同時合理制定投資計劃,提高投資效益。按照省公司“十三五”期間對電網(wǎng)建設的總體要求,根據(jù)電網(wǎng)基本現(xiàn)狀同時滿足A縣總體規(guī)劃,對A縣“十三五”期間電網(wǎng)建設進行規(guī)劃以求達到改善與優(yōu)化A縣電網(wǎng)結構、保障電網(wǎng)與城鄉(xiāng)建設改造協(xié)調發(fā)展、降低網(wǎng)絡損耗、提高供電可靠性和電能質量、實現(xiàn)電網(wǎng)智能化,建設滿足負荷增長需要、結構清晰、布局合理的堅強電網(wǎng),以滿足A縣國民經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展對電力的需求。本文首先介紹了論文研究背景意義;再介紹分析A縣電源現(xiàn)狀與電網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,根據(jù)實際數(shù)據(jù)描述年負荷特性與日負荷特性曲線,并對影響因素進行了分析;接著介紹了電力負荷預測的整體思路與方法,重點介紹了本文的使用的綜合用電水平法、電力彈性系數(shù)法、多元線性回歸法、重點用戶法等并對2015-2020年間的電力負荷進行預測,按用電性質與地理位置,進行分區(qū)電力電量平衡計算;按電力電量平衡的計算結果對220KV、110KV變電容進行平衡計算,給出兩套建設方案并推薦一個方案,按照變電站布點技術要求進行了布點規(guī)劃;由變電站的布點位置,進行主網(wǎng)架規(guī)劃,保證潮流的合理性滿足經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的需求,并給出了分年電網(wǎng)建設投資總額;最后結合國家對智能電網(wǎng)的大力建設,對A縣的電網(wǎng)智能化建設提出了三個專項規(guī)劃,分別是配電自動化規(guī)劃、電動汽車充電樁專項規(guī)劃、智能用電小區(qū)規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:Power grid planning plays an important role in the long-term development of power enterprises, is an important part of the national economy and social development, and plays a basic supporting role in the development of the whole country. The function of power network planning is to adapt the future development and construction of the power network, to meet and moderately advance the economic development demand in the planned area, and to play its leading and decisive role in power grid construction, operation and power supply guarantee. At the same time, rational formulation of investment plans to improve investment efficiency. According to the overall requirements of the provincial company for power grid construction during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, according to the basic current situation of the power grid and satisfying the overall plan of County A, the construction of the power network in County A during the 13th Five-Year Plan period is planned in order to improve and optimize the power network structure of County A. To ensure the coordinated development of the power network and the urban and rural construction, reduce network losses, improve the reliability and quality of power supply, realize the intellectualization of the power network, and build a strong grid that meets the needs of load growth, has a clear structure, and has a reasonable layout. In order to meet the needs of the national economy and social development of A County for electricity. This paper first introduces the background significance of the paper, then introduces and analyzes the current situation of power supply and power network in A County and the existing problems, describes the annual load characteristic and daily load characteristic curve according to the actual data, and analyzes the influencing factors. Then it introduces the whole idea and method of power load forecasting, especially introduces the comprehensive power level method, power elasticity coefficient method, multivariate linear regression method, key user method and so on, and forecasts the electric power load in 2015-2020. According to the electric properties and geographical location, the district electric power balance is calculated, and the 220kV / 110KV variable capacitance is balanced according to the result of the calculation, and two sets of construction schemes are given and one scheme is recommended. The layout planning is carried out according to the technical requirements of substation layout, the main grid planning is carried out by the location of substation layout, the rationality of power flow is ensured to meet the needs of economic development, and the total investment amount of power grid construction is given. Finally, combined with the national construction of smart grid, three special plans are put forward for the intelligent construction of power grid in A county, namely, distribution automation planning, electric vehicle charging pile special planning, intelligent power use district planning.
