GIS高壓母線段間連接縫隙造成的過(guò)熱分析
[Abstract]:For easy installation, transportation and maintenance, high voltage busbar in gas insulated substation (GIS) is often assembled with steel bolts in the field. Because of the tolerance, there may be gaps between some segment busbars, and the cracks may be caused by overheating caused by steel bolt diversion at the gap, and then faults will occur. In view of the short circuit caused by overheating of multiple 220kV GIS busbar, the temperature field distribution and its relation with current between compact three-phase bus and single GIS high-voltage busbar under different conditions are studied. Based on the finite element method, the current size is considered synthetically. The multi-physical field coupling analysis model of the influence factors, such as contact slot, bolt material, thread shape, heat transfer coefficient and alumina film, is used to calculate and analyze the maximum allowable current value of three-phase busbar and single-phase busbar under different conditions. It is found that the size of the gap has a great influence on the temperature. With the expansion of the gap, when the diversion bolt is made of steel at the gap, the whole temperature will increase obviously, which is about 10 ~ 50 Ks more than that of the copper bolt. The research results can guide the design of GIS busbar and provide a theoretical basis for its long-term safety and reliable operation.
