【摘要】：主動(dòng)配電網(wǎng)確立規(guī)劃建設(shè)方案以及了解方案最終預(yù)期效果的前提即是需要對配電網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀網(wǎng)架進(jìn)行較為全面的綜合評價(jià)。所以在主動(dòng)配電網(wǎng)發(fā)展建設(shè)過程中,非常需要構(gòu)建一套普遍適用的主動(dòng)配電網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀網(wǎng)架綜合評價(jià)體系,以指導(dǎo)主動(dòng)配電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展規(guī)劃。本論文基于主動(dòng)配電網(wǎng)的不同利益相關(guān)者需求,構(gòu)建一套較完整的主動(dòng)配電網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀網(wǎng)架的綜合評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并對各評價(jià)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重分配以及綜合評價(jià)的具體方法進(jìn)行分析。首先,從主動(dòng)配電網(wǎng)的不同利益相關(guān)者考慮,采用魚骨圖分析法,構(gòu)建一套基于效果指標(biāo)集與特性指標(biāo)集的現(xiàn)狀網(wǎng)架綜合評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,以反映主動(dòng)配電網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀網(wǎng)架總體的發(fā)展建設(shè)水平和其發(fā)展中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié);其次,在主動(dòng)配電網(wǎng)綜合評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的基礎(chǔ)之上,提出一種基于層次分析法與模糊綜合評價(jià)法的綜合評價(jià)模型。接著,以層次分析法對指標(biāo)進(jìn)行賦權(quán),再通過模糊評價(jià)法進(jìn)行隸屬度的計(jì)算,結(jié)合各指標(biāo)權(quán)重值計(jì)算得出最終評價(jià)等級。最后,以江西某城市主動(dòng)配電網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀網(wǎng)架為實(shí)際案例進(jìn)行分析,驗(yàn)證了本論文構(gòu)建的主動(dòng)配電網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀網(wǎng)架綜合評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的合理性,可以體現(xiàn)出主動(dòng)配電網(wǎng)整體發(fā)展水平,有利于發(fā)現(xiàn)其薄弱環(huán)節(jié),對主動(dòng)配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃建設(shè)有一定的積極意義。
[Abstract]:The premise of the active distribution network to establish the plan and construction plan and understand the final expected effect of the scheme is that it needs a comprehensive and comprehensive evaluation of the current grid frame of the distribution network. So in the process of the development and construction of the active distribution network, it is very necessary to construct a set of universal comprehensive evaluation system for the current status of the active distribution network, in order to guide the main distribution network. Development planning of dynamic distribution network. Based on the needs of different stakeholders in the active distribution network, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for the current status network of active distribution network, and analyzes the weight distribution of the evaluation indexes and the concrete methods of comprehensive evaluation. First, the different stakeholders of the active distribution network are related to the different stakeholders. Considering the fish bone map analysis method, a set of comprehensive evaluation index system based on the effect index set and characteristic index set is constructed to reflect the development and construction level of the current distribution network of active distribution network and the weak link in its development. Secondly, on the basis of the active distribution network comprehensive evaluation index system, a basis is put forward. The comprehensive evaluation model of the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used. Then, the index is empowered by the analytic hierarchy process, and then the membership degree is calculated by the fuzzy evaluation method, and the final evaluation grade is calculated with the weight value of each index. Finally, the actual case of the current distribution network of a city active distribution network in Jiangxi is analyzed and analyzed. The rationality of the comprehensive evaluation index system of the current network framework of active distribution network constructed in this paper, which can reflect the overall development level of the active distribution network, is beneficial to the discovery of its weak link and has certain positive significance to the planning and construction of the active distribution network.
