基于信息熵的光伏發(fā)電選址與定容規(guī)劃

【摘要】:本文提出了基于信息熵的光伏發(fā)電選址定容方法,該方法利用信息熵衡量選址影響因素的重要性、最大可消納光伏出力功率與光伏出力的波動(dòng)相似程度,以待選節(jié)點(diǎn)決策量化值最大為選址目標(biāo),以消納電量最大為定容目標(biāo),在提高光伏消納能力的同時(shí)降低棄光率。最后,以華東某實(shí)際電網(wǎng)為例進(jìn)行規(guī)劃計(jì)算,驗(yàn)證了所提方法的合理性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a method based on information entropy is proposed to determine the location of photovoltaic power generation. This method uses information entropy to measure the importance of factors affecting the location, and the maximum absorbable photovoltaic output power is similar to the fluctuation of photovoltaic output. The maximum quantization value of the node to be selected is taken as the location target and the maximum power consumption as the constant volume target to improve the photovoltaic absorbability and reduce the light rejection rate at the same time. Finally, a practical power grid in East China is taken as an example to verify the rationality of the proposed method.
