基于供電能力的主動配電系統(tǒng)安全等級劃分

【摘要】:針對主動配電系統(tǒng)(active distribution system,ADS)中分布式電源(distributed generation,DG)的間歇性和主動負荷及儲能系統(tǒng)(energy storage system,ESS)的可控性特點,基于ADS的最大供電能力(ADS’s total supply capability,ATSC)提出一種評價ADS安全性的安全等級劃分方法。首先,提出了節(jié)點多性質(zhì)的ADS最大供電能力求解模型,引入DG及ESS的相關(guān)約束,并將其中的非線性約束轉(zhuǎn)化為旋轉(zhuǎn)錐的笛卡爾乘積約束形式,用錐優(yōu)化方法進行快速計算。其次,基于靜態(tài)安全分析定義了安全裕度、主動負荷熵、主動調(diào)節(jié)率及主動安全度指標,結(jié)合失負荷率及越限指標構(gòu)成評價指標體系,進而提出了ADS安全等級劃分方法,并用該方法將ADS劃分為5個安全等級。用粒子群算法對主動負荷進行優(yōu)化并用一致性主動控制方法制定儲能系統(tǒng)充放電策略,應(yīng)用該文提出的評價方法對比優(yōu)化前后配電網(wǎng)的安全等級情況,驗證了所提方法的實用性及有效性。
[Abstract]:In view of the intermittent and active load of distributed generation DG in active distribution system ads, and the controllability of (energy storage system of energy storage system, this paper discusses the characteristics of distributed power generation (DG) in active distribution system. Based on ads total supply capability (ATSC), this paper presents a method to evaluate the security of ads. Firstly, a multi-node model for solving the maximum power supply capacity of ads is proposed. The correlation constraints of DG and ESS are introduced, and the nonlinear constraints are transformed into the Cartesian product constraints of the rotating cone. Secondly, based on the static safety analysis, the safety margin, active load entropy, active regulation rate and active safety index are defined. The ads is divided into five security levels by this method. Particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the active load and the uniform active control method is used to formulate the charging and discharging strategy of the energy storage system. The evaluation method proposed in this paper is used to compare the security level of the distribution network before and after the optimization. The practicability and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified.
