【摘要】：為了快速消除由潮流轉(zhuǎn)移引起的線路過載,給出了基于虛擬控制單元與啟發(fā)式搜索的緊急控制策略。首先,引入虛擬控制單元的概念:節(jié)點(diǎn)的出力調(diào)整量等于最大線路過載量時(shí),能夠完全消除線路過載的控制單元。然后,給出了最優(yōu)可控單元的雙層搜索策略:第一層,通過設(shè)置合理的閾值,篩選減載能力較強(qiáng)的控制節(jié)點(diǎn)對(duì)構(gòu)成優(yōu)先控制單元集;第二層,綜合考慮控制單元的減載效果和消除過載能力,給出了基于虛擬控制單元的啟發(fā)式搜索步驟,得到優(yōu)先控制單元集中的最優(yōu)可控單元。若所選的閾值范圍內(nèi)無法找到可控單元,則適當(dāng)擴(kuò)大第一層搜索范圍,依次類推,直至得到滿足要求的控制單元�？紤]正常線路冗余量約束來計(jì)算調(diào)整量,避免了潮流校驗(yàn)。經(jīng)過一次調(diào)整后,依據(jù)靈敏度關(guān)系修正線路潮流與節(jié)點(diǎn)的最大可調(diào)整出力,提高控制速度。IEEE 30節(jié)點(diǎn)系統(tǒng)的仿真驗(yàn)證了所提算法的有效性。
[Abstract]:An emergency control strategy based on virtual control unit and heuristic search is proposed to eliminate the overload caused by power flow transfer. Firstly, the concept of virtual control unit is introduced: when the output adjustment of the node is equal to the maximum line overload, the control unit can completely eliminate the line overload. Then, the two-layer search strategy of the optimal controllable unit is given. In the first layer, by setting a reasonable threshold, the control node pairs with strong load reduction ability are selected to form the priority control unit set, and the second layer, Considering the effect of load reduction and the ability of eliminating overload, a heuristic search procedure based on virtual control unit is presented, and the optimal controllable unit in priority control unit set is obtained. If the controllable unit can not be found in the selected threshold range, the first layer search range is expanded appropriately, and then the control unit can be obtained until the required control unit is obtained. Considering the normal line redundancy constraints, the adjustment quantity is calculated, and the power flow check is avoided. After one adjustment, the efficiency of the proposed algorithm is verified by modifying the line power flow and the maximum adjustable output force of the nodes according to the sensitivity relationship, and improving the control speed. The simulation of the IEEE 30-bus system verifies the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
