【摘要】：基于傳統(tǒng)單移相控制的串聯(lián)諧振型雙有源橋變換器在寬電壓增益下的零電壓開(kāi)關(guān)(ZVS)工作范圍較窄,為了擴(kuò)展軟開(kāi)關(guān)范圍,該文采用雙重移相控制。分析雙重移相控制下的串聯(lián)諧振型雙有源橋變換器的工作原理和穩(wěn)態(tài)特性;詳細(xì)分析移相角區(qū)域選擇對(duì)軟開(kāi)關(guān)條件難易程度的影響;并對(duì)ZVS特性進(jìn)行深入分析,得出由輸出功率標(biāo)幺值與電壓增益決定的ZVS軟開(kāi)關(guān)范圍。研究表明當(dāng)電壓增益和負(fù)載寬范圍變化時(shí),雙重移相控制可明顯擴(kuò)大軟開(kāi)關(guān)工作范圍。實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證雙重移相控制在寬電壓增益時(shí)的軟開(kāi)關(guān)優(yōu)越性。
[Abstract]:Series resonant double active bridge converter based on traditional single phase shift control has a narrow working range of ZVS under wide voltage gain. In order to extend the soft switching range, this paper adopts double phase shift control. The working principle and steady state characteristics of series resonant double active bridge converter controlled by double phase shift are analyzed, and the influence of the choice of phase shift angle on the soft switching condition is analyzed in detail, and the ZVS characteristic is deeply analyzed. The ZVS soft switching range determined by the output power standard and voltage gain is obtained. The results show that dual phase shift control can obviously enlarge the range of soft switching when the voltage gain and load range change. The experimental results show that the dual phase shift control has the advantage of soft switching with wide voltage gain.
