基于Π-S復(fù)合諧振的ECPT系統(tǒng)及其調(diào)諧控制

【摘要】:無線電能傳輸(Wireless Power Transfer,WPT)技術(shù)在理論研究和工程技術(shù)方面已取得一系列成果,并且在電動(dòng)汽車、移動(dòng)機(jī)器人、智能制造等很多領(lǐng)域得到應(yīng)用。其中,電場(chǎng)耦合電能傳輸(ECPT,Electrical-field coupled Power transfer)系統(tǒng)采用電場(chǎng)作為電能輸送介質(zhì),以其獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢(shì)受到了國(guó)內(nèi)外專家學(xué)者的高度關(guān)注,并圍繞ECPT系統(tǒng)的電能變換拓?fù)錁?gòu)建、耦合機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、原邊恒流控制等問題開展了大量研究,獲得了一定的理論性研究成果,并且在航天電機(jī)、電動(dòng)汽車、生物醫(yī)電、照明用具、平板電腦充電等領(lǐng)域得到應(yīng)用。本文首先對(duì)ECPT系統(tǒng)的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了闡述,并簡(jiǎn)要介紹了該系統(tǒng)的工作原理及優(yōu)勢(shì)。然后對(duì)目前ECPT系統(tǒng)常用的電能變換拓?fù)溥M(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,為了解決耦合機(jī)構(gòu)高壓激勵(lì)需求與高頻電能變換環(huán)節(jié)中開關(guān)管MOSFET低壓需求之間相互制約的矛盾,提出了一種發(fā)射端采用?-CLC諧振電路,拾取端采用S型串聯(lián)補(bǔ)償?shù)?-S型電路拓?fù)?在分析?-S型ECPT系統(tǒng)模型頻率特性、功率傳輸特性以及電壓傳輸特性的基礎(chǔ)上,給出了具有原邊極板間電壓泵升效果的諧振電路參數(shù)配置方法,并對(duì)該參數(shù)配置方法下系統(tǒng)的參數(shù)敏感性進(jìn)行了分析。本文針對(duì)傳輸距離變化引起新型ECPT系統(tǒng)傳輸性能下降的問題,提出了一種基于相控電感的無級(jí)調(diào)諧方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了傳輸距離在1-5mm范圍內(nèi)變化時(shí)系統(tǒng)始終工作在諧振狀態(tài),提高了系統(tǒng)的傳輸功率以及工作穩(wěn)定性;然后針對(duì)該新型ECPT系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)了調(diào)諧控制電路及其相關(guān)軟件。最后基于Matlab/simulink平臺(tái)構(gòu)建了仿真模型,并搭建了相應(yīng)的ECPT實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置,仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了所提電路拓?fù)浼捌湔{(diào)諧方法的有效性和正確性。
[Abstract]:Wireless Power transfer (WPT) technology has made a series of achievements in theoretical research and engineering technology, and has been applied in many fields such as electric vehicles, mobile robots, intelligent manufacturing and so on. Among them, electric field coupled power transfer (ECPT) system adopts electric field as power transmission medium, which is highly concerned by experts and scholars at home and abroad because of its unique advantages, and the coupling mechanism is designed around the electric power transformation topology of ECPT system. A large number of researches have been carried out on the original edge constant current control, and some theoretical results have been obtained, and they have been applied in the fields of aerospace motor, electric vehicle, biomedicine, lighting appliance, tablet computer charging and so on. In this paper, the research status of ECPT system at home and abroad is described, and the working principle and advantages of ECPT system are briefly introduced. Then, the current power conversion topology of ECPT system is analyzed in detail. On this basis, in order to solve the contradiction between the high voltage excitation demand of coupling mechanism and the low voltage demand of switching tube MOSFET in the link of high frequency power conversion. In this paper, a new type of circuit topology is presented, which adopts the resonant circuit of Con CLC at the transmitter and the circuit with the series compensation of the S type at the pickup end, based on the analysis of the frequency characteristics, the power transmission characteristics and the voltage transmission characteristics of the ECPT system model. The parameter configuration method of resonant circuit with the effect of voltage pump between plates is presented, and the sensitivity of the system is analyzed. In this paper, a stepless tuning method based on phase-controlled inductors is proposed to reduce the transmission performance of the new ECPT system caused by the change of transmission distance. It is realized that the system always works in the resonant state when the transmission distance varies in the range of 1-5mm. The transmission power and working stability of the system are improved, and the tuning control circuit and its related software are designed for the new ECPT system. Finally, the simulation model is constructed based on Matlab / Simulink platform, and the corresponding ECPT experimental device is built. The simulation and experimental results verify the validity and correctness of the proposed circuit topology and tuning method.
