基于嵌入式操作系統(tǒng)的智能開(kāi)關(guān)柜操控裝置

【摘要】:開(kāi)關(guān)柜作為電力系統(tǒng)中重要的控制保護(hù)設(shè)備,是智能電網(wǎng)一次設(shè)備的關(guān)鍵組成部分,在供配電系統(tǒng)及智能電網(wǎng)中均起著至關(guān)重要的作用。隨著智能電網(wǎng)的建設(shè)與發(fā)展,國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司對(duì)相關(guān)電力設(shè)備智能化提出了具體的原則和要求,人們對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)智能化及穩(wěn)定性的要求越來(lái)越高。傳統(tǒng)開(kāi)關(guān)柜常用電磁式機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)控制、配電等功能,在操作控制方面存在諸多不足,將開(kāi)關(guān)柜升級(jí)改造,開(kāi)發(fā)并研制高效環(huán)保的智能化開(kāi)關(guān)柜設(shè)備對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)智能配電網(wǎng)將發(fā)揮重要作用。本課題主要研制和開(kāi)發(fā)一種配備于電力系統(tǒng)中壓開(kāi)關(guān)柜的新型智能操控裝置。整個(gè)裝置的設(shè)計(jì)以多個(gè)功能模塊組建而成,根據(jù)用戶需求,配置相應(yīng)功能模塊,論文中主要包括電量和電能質(zhì)量采集模塊、電動(dòng)地刀和底盤(pán)車(chē)操控模塊以及開(kāi)關(guān)柜內(nèi)部溫濕度采集三大模塊,集測(cè)量、控制與通信等功能于一體,功能模塊將通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)高速總線集合于主控模塊上,實(shí)現(xiàn)裝置的可配置性與靈活性。在具體的分析研究中:首先,根據(jù)裝置的需求、功能要求、技術(shù)指標(biāo)以及設(shè)計(jì)原則,給出了總體設(shè)計(jì)方案;其次,針對(duì)操控裝置主控模塊進(jìn)行具體的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn):選擇嵌入式Linux操作系統(tǒng)作為開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái),以AM3354處理器為核心,完成數(shù)據(jù)的讀取、處理、通信及顯示等任務(wù);對(duì)Qt進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā)與移植并設(shè)計(jì)友好的人機(jī)交互GUI界面;由MODBUS通信協(xié)議實(shí)現(xiàn)各功能模塊與主控模塊間的相互通信;再次,分別對(duì)三個(gè)功能模塊進(jìn)行軟硬件分析與設(shè)計(jì),并分別進(jìn)行相關(guān)的試驗(yàn)與檢測(cè);最后,通過(guò)以太網(wǎng)建立操控裝置與上位機(jī)的通信,實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)、采集數(shù)據(jù)并完成相應(yīng)的控制指令。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明:研制的新型智能開(kāi)關(guān)柜操控裝置可以對(duì)開(kāi)關(guān)柜的實(shí)際運(yùn)行情況進(jìn)行監(jiān)視、測(cè)量、采集數(shù)據(jù)及控制。電能質(zhì)量采集模塊能夠?qū)崟r(shí)采集電壓電流值,并確保在精度內(nèi);電動(dòng)控制模塊能較好的實(shí)現(xiàn)電動(dòng)控制底盤(pán)車(chē)和地刀及分合閘斷路器;溫濕度測(cè)控模塊能實(shí)時(shí)采集溫濕度數(shù)據(jù)并作出反饋控制。為重要參數(shù)的變化趨勢(shì)提供分析依據(jù),為智能電網(wǎng)狀態(tài)檢修提供即時(shí)運(yùn)行信息,提高設(shè)備的利用率,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)預(yù)期的功能,從而驗(yàn)證了新型智能開(kāi)關(guān)柜操控裝置的可行性。
[Abstract]:As an important control and protection equipment in power system, switchgear is a key component of primary equipment of smart grid, and plays an important role in power supply and distribution system and smart grid. With the construction and development of smart grid, the State Grid Company has put forward specific principles and requirements for intelligent power equipment. The traditional switchgear commonly used electromagnetic mechanical structure to realize the control, distribution and other functions, there are many shortcomings in the operation control, the switchgear will be upgraded, The development and development of intelligent switchgear with high efficiency and environmental protection will play an important role in the realization of intelligent distribution network. This paper mainly studies and develops a new intelligent control device equipped with medium voltage switchgear in power system. The design of the whole device is composed of several functional modules. According to the needs of users, the corresponding functional modules are configured. The paper mainly includes the collection module of electricity quantity and power quality. The control module of electric ground knife and chassis car and the temperature and humidity collection module of the switchgear are integrated with the functions of measurement, control and communication. The function modules will be assembled on the main control module through the field high-speed bus. The device is configurable and flexible. In the specific analysis and research: first, according to the requirements of the device, functional requirements, technical indicators and design principles, the overall design scheme is given. The main control module of the controller is designed and implemented: the embedded Linux operating system is selected as the development platform, and the AM3354 processor is the core to complete the tasks of data reading, processing, communication and display. Develop and transplant QT and design friendly man-machine interactive GUI interface; realize the communication between each functional module and the main control module by Modbus protocol; thirdly, analyze and design the software and hardware of the three functional modules respectively. Finally, the communication between the control device and the host computer is established through Ethernet, real-time monitoring, data acquisition and corresponding control instructions are completed. The test results show that the new intelligent switchgear control device can monitor, measure, collect data and control the actual operation of the switchgear. The power quality acquisition module can collect the voltage and current value in real time and ensure the accuracy; the electric control module can better realize the electric control of the chassis car, the ground knife and the switch circuit breaker; The temperature and humidity measurement and control module can collect temperature and humidity data in real time and make feedback control. It provides an analysis basis for the change trend of important parameters, provides instant operation information for smart grid condition maintenance, improves the utilization ratio of equipment, and can realize the expected function, thus validating the feasibility of the new type intelligent switchgear control device.
