同一控制區(qū)兩級(jí)調(diào)度風(fēng)電實(shí)時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)控制策略

【摘要】:新能源場(chǎng)站普遍存在點(diǎn)多面廣、單場(chǎng)容量相對(duì)較小的特點(diǎn),因此部分電網(wǎng)雖按同一控制區(qū)運(yùn)行,但選擇將新能源場(chǎng)站控制權(quán)下放,形成風(fēng)電資源兩級(jí)控制現(xiàn)狀。為協(xié)調(diào)常規(guī)能源與風(fēng)電運(yùn)行,最大程度消納風(fēng)電,通過將下級(jí)調(diào)度風(fēng)電整體等效為上級(jí)調(diào)度的自動(dòng)發(fā)電控制(AGC)虛擬機(jī)組,提出同一控制區(qū)兩級(jí)調(diào)度風(fēng)電實(shí)時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)控制架構(gòu),并投入實(shí)際運(yùn)行。上級(jí)調(diào)度根據(jù)電網(wǎng)當(dāng)前運(yùn)行狀態(tài)、負(fù)荷超短期預(yù)測(cè)和風(fēng)電實(shí)際出力及預(yù)測(cè),每5min滾動(dòng)計(jì)算得到電網(wǎng)內(nèi)各個(gè)下級(jí)調(diào)度的風(fēng)電發(fā)電指標(biāo),經(jīng)余缺調(diào)劑后,下發(fā)給下級(jí)調(diào)度風(fēng)電AGC執(zhí)行。在大風(fēng)季、供暖期的運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明,采用所述的兩級(jí)調(diào)度實(shí)時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)控制方案后,達(dá)到了京津唐地區(qū)風(fēng)電增發(fā)的效果。
[Abstract]:The new energy station has the characteristics of wide spot and relatively small single field capacity. Therefore, although some power grid is running in the same control area, the control power of the new energy field station is put down to form the two level control status of wind power resources. An automatic power generation control (AGC) virtual generating unit, which has been dispatches by the superior, is proposed, and the two level dispatching wind power real-time coordination control architecture in the same control area is put forward and put into practice. The superior scheduling is based on the current running state of the power grid, the overload of the load and the actual power and prediction of wind power, and the wind power of each scheduling in the power grid is calculated by every 5min rolling calculation. In the wind season, the running result of the heating period shows that the effect of wind power increase in Beijing, Tianjin and Tang area is achieved after the two stage scheduling real-time coordination control scheme is adopted in the windy season.
