光纖復(fù)合架空地線直流融冰絕緣化改造對(duì)地線絕緣子與并聯(lián)放電間隙的電氣要求

【摘要】:為滿足光纖復(fù)合架空地線(OPGW)直流融冰的需要,同時(shí)解決環(huán)流損耗和易遭雷擊斷股等問(wèn)題,須將OPGW接地方式由目前常用的逐塔接地改造為分段或全線絕緣、單點(diǎn)接地方式;OPGW經(jīng)地線絕緣子及其并聯(lián)放電間隙與桿塔相連。為此,提出了OPGW直流融冰絕緣化改造對(duì)并聯(lián)放電間隙的電氣要求,分別對(duì)正常運(yùn)行時(shí)、地線直流融冰條件下和雷擊情況下的并聯(lián)放電間隙電氣性能進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的計(jì)算分析和試驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明:并聯(lián)放電間隙距離選擇應(yīng)滿足感應(yīng)電壓和直流融冰電壓的耐受要求,還應(yīng)保證并聯(lián)放電間隙在雷電過(guò)電壓下可靠擊穿;要滿足工頻感應(yīng)電壓的耐受要求,間隙距離可取20~100 mm;要滿足直流融冰電壓為-20 k V×(1±10%)的耐受要求,間隙距離應(yīng)大于60 mm;考慮到間隙放電的分散性,間隙距離宜適當(dāng)增大,推薦值為70~80 mm;70~80 mm間隙距離的雷電沖擊放電電壓一般不大于100 k V,線路遭受雷擊時(shí),地線絕緣子與并聯(lián)放電間隙所承受的電壓至少為885 k V,甚至高達(dá)數(shù)MV,并聯(lián)放電間隙能可靠擊穿,從而確保地線絕緣子的運(yùn)行安全性。該研究結(jié)果可為OPGW直流融冰絕緣化改造提供理論支撐和數(shù)據(jù)支持。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the need of direct current melting ice of optical fiber composite overhead ground wire (OPGW), and to solve the problems of circulation loss and vulnerability to lightning break, it is necessary to transform OPGW grounding method from tower to tower grounding to segmental or full-line insulation. The single point grounding mode OPGW is connected to the tower through the earth wire insulator and its parallel discharge clearance. For this reason, the electrical requirements for the parallel discharge gap for the insulation transformation of direct current melting ice of OPGW are put forward, respectively, when the OPGW is in normal operation, The electrical performance of parallel discharge gap under the condition of ground DC melting ice and lightning strike is analyzed and tested in detail. The results show that the distance of the parallel discharge gap should meet the tolerance requirements of inductive voltage and DC ice-melting voltage, and it should also guarantee the reliable breakdown of the parallel discharge gap under the lightning overvoltage, and meet the tolerance requirements of the induction voltage of power frequency. The gap distance should be more than 60 mm in order to meet the tolerance requirement of -20 kV 脳 (1 鹵10%) DC ice melting voltage. Considering the dispersion of gap discharge, the gap distance should be increased appropriately. The recommended lightning impulse discharge voltage is not more than 100kV when the distance between 70 mm and 7080 mm gap is recommended, and when the line is struck by lightning, The voltage between the ground wire insulator and the parallel discharge gap is at least 885 kV, even up to a few MV. The parallel discharge gap can be broken down reliably, thus ensuring the operation safety of the ground wire insulator. The results can provide theoretical support and data support for the insulation transformation of DC melting ice in OPGW.
