【摘要】：大型火力發(fā)電機(jī)組分散控制系統(tǒng)(DCS)性能直接影響到機(jī)組的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。對某1 000 MW超超臨界燃煤發(fā)電機(jī)組DCS進(jìn)行了實(shí)時(shí)性、冗余功能、網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能和抗干擾性能測試,介紹了測試方法并對測試結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)存在的問題和隱患,提出了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)建議,可提高該型DCS的穩(wěn)定性和可維護(hù)性,對該機(jī)組的調(diào)試具有非常重要的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The performance of the distributed control system (DCS) of large thermal power generating set directly affects the safe and stable operation of the unit. The real-time, redundant function, network performance and anti-interference performance test for a 1000 MW ultra supercritical coal-fired generator set DCS are carried out. The test method is introduced and the test results are analyzed, and the problems existing in the system are found. And the corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward, which can improve the stability and maintainability of the DCS, and have a very important guiding significance for the commissioning of the unit.
