【摘要】:隨著人們生活水平的提高,人們對(duì)電力能源的依賴也越來越高,相對(duì)于電能質(zhì)量停電時(shí)間的要求也越來越高。目前國內(nèi)外都在積極規(guī)劃、建設(shè)智能電網(wǎng),其核心是實(shí)現(xiàn)電網(wǎng)的信息化、數(shù)字化、自動(dòng)化和互動(dòng)化。配網(wǎng)故障定位是實(shí)現(xiàn)智能電網(wǎng)的第一步。通過先進(jìn)的傳感和測(cè)量技術(shù)、先進(jìn)的設(shè)備技術(shù)、先進(jìn)的控制方法以及先進(jìn)的決策支持系統(tǒng)技術(shù),建立實(shí)時(shí)電網(wǎng)管理,使發(fā)電、輸電、配電、用電四方互動(dòng)互通,實(shí)現(xiàn)配網(wǎng)的故障定位。系統(tǒng)主動(dòng)監(jiān)管電力故障并迅速進(jìn)行反應(yīng),實(shí)現(xiàn)更智慧的電力供給與配送,實(shí)現(xiàn)電網(wǎng)的可靠、安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)、高效、環(huán)境友好和使用安全的目標(biāo);谝陨涎芯勘尘,針對(duì)現(xiàn)有配網(wǎng)定位系統(tǒng)定位精確、漏報(bào)、誤報(bào)嚴(yán)重,提出了一種配網(wǎng)故障定位算法。并以此算法為核心,搭建了一套配網(wǎng)故障監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)在云南省,昆明、大理、臨滄、版納等地區(qū)試運(yùn)行。文章研究內(nèi)容如下。(1)設(shè)計(jì)新型拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)描述的信息模型、包括基于該模型的排序算法,遍歷算法等。(2)根據(jù)上述信息模型設(shè)計(jì),故障事件分類算法,針對(duì)通信終端上報(bào)信息進(jìn)行分類、整理、判定,最終盡可能的還原出發(fā)生在線路上的故障事件。(3)設(shè)計(jì)故障定位算法,對(duì)故障事件的故障位置進(jìn)行故障定位,并通過多種途徑展現(xiàn)給用戶。(4)利用遺傳算法對(duì)故障定位算法進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard, people depend more and more on the power energy, and the demand of power quality blackout time is higher and higher. At present, smart grid is actively planned and built at home and abroad, the core of which is to realize the informatization, digitization, automation and interaction of power grid. Distribution network fault location is the first step to realize smart grid. Through advanced sensing and measurement technology, advanced equipment technology, advanced control method and advanced decision support system technology, the establishment of real-time power grid management, so that generation, transmission, distribution, electricity quadripartite interaction, The fault location of distribution network is realized. The system actively supervises power failures and responds quickly to achieve more intelligent power supply and distribution, and to achieve the goal of reliable, safe, economical, efficient, environment-friendly and safe use of the power grid. Based on the above research background, a fault location algorithm for distribution network is proposed in view of the accurate location, false positives and false positives of the existing distribution network location system. Based on this algorithm, a fault monitoring system of distribution network is built. The system in Yunnan, Kunming, Dali, Lincang, Banna and other regions trial operation. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) designing a new information model for topology description, including sorting algorithm based on this model, traversal algorithm and so on. (2) according to the above information model, the fault event classification algorithm is designed. The information reported by the communication terminal is classified, sorted, judged, and finally the fault events occurring on the line are restored as much as possible. (3) the fault location algorithm is designed to locate the fault location of the fault events. And through a variety of ways to show to the user. (4) genetic algorithm for fault location algorithm.
