火電廠煙氣脫硝工藝控制策略的研究及實(shí)踐

【摘要】:“十二.五”期間,隨著國(guó)家環(huán)保部門不斷提高對(duì)大氣污染的治理要求和《火電廠大氣污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB13223-2011)的出臺(tái),為貫徹《中華人民共和國(guó)大氣污染防治法》,防止火電廠氮氧化物排放造成的污染,做到達(dá)標(biāo)排放,對(duì)燃煤電廠進(jìn)行脫硝設(shè)施改造勢(shì)在必行。本文從NOx的形成機(jī)理開始首先對(duì)火電廠脫硝系統(tǒng)的工作原理及工藝流程做了簡(jiǎn)要介紹。著重針對(duì)老電廠在建設(shè)初期均未考慮預(yù)留或者同步建設(shè)脫硝裝置的現(xiàn)狀,改造過程中采用SCR技術(shù)遇到的實(shí)際困難,對(duì)此類鍋爐脫硝方案進(jìn)行全面設(shè)計(jì)。并對(duì)脫硝改造后對(duì)鍋爐本身的影響進(jìn)行了分析。并對(duì)如何實(shí)現(xiàn)脫硝控制系統(tǒng)作為單元機(jī)組DCS系統(tǒng)的一個(gè)子站納入到單元機(jī)組DCS系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)合陡河發(fā)電廠#3機(jī)組脫硝改造實(shí)踐,分析火電廠脫硝系統(tǒng)工程主要的SCR控制系統(tǒng)和尿素制備系統(tǒng)控制原理,同時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)出適合于本廠脫硝系統(tǒng)的控制策略,并對(duì)主要控制邏輯進(jìn)行說明。通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)分析得出最優(yōu)的控制策略,對(duì)全文所進(jìn)行的研究工作做出總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:"XII. During the five-year plan period, with the national environmental protection departments continuously raising the requirements for the control of air pollution and the introduction of the "Standard for Atmospheric Pollutant Emission from Thermal Power plants" (GB13223-2011), In order to implement the Law of the people's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Air pollution, to prevent the pollution caused by nitrogen oxide emissions from thermal power plants and to meet the emission standards, it is imperative to reform the denitrification facilities of coal-fired power plants. Starting from the formation mechanism of no _ x, the working principle and technological process of denitrification system in thermal power plant are introduced briefly in this paper. In view of the fact that the old power plant did not consider the current situation of reserving or synchronizing the construction of denitrification units at the initial stage of construction and the practical difficulties encountered in adopting SCR technology in the retrofit process, the comprehensive design of the denitrification scheme for this type of boiler was carried out. The influence of denitrification on boiler itself is analyzed. How to realize denitrification control system as a sub-station of unit DCS system is analyzed. Combined with the practice of denitrification in #3 unit of Douhe Power Plant, the main SCR control system and urea preparation system control principle in denitrification system engineering of thermal power plant are analyzed. At the same time, the control strategy suitable for denitrification system in our factory is designed. The main control logic is explained. The optimal control strategy is obtained by analyzing the field test data, and the research work carried out in this paper is summarized.
