變電站的運(yùn)行維護(hù)與安全控制問(wèn)題的研究

【摘要】:電力系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中重要、必不可缺的系統(tǒng)工程之一。隨著電力的產(chǎn)生,人們的生活方式得到了很大的改變,社會(huì)、生活已經(jīng)越來(lái)越依賴電力系統(tǒng)。經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展與建設(shè)也愈來(lái)愈離不開(kāi)電力系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)。隨著電力系統(tǒng)智能性和多樣性的發(fā)展,智能電網(wǎng)的應(yīng)用也越來(lái)越普及和廣泛。目前,很多學(xué)者和工作人員對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行維護(hù)及安全控制問(wèn)題的研究也越來(lái)越關(guān)注。變電系統(tǒng)作為電力系統(tǒng)的重要環(huán)節(jié),變電站作為電能運(yùn)行和輸送的重要組成部分,其安全運(yùn)行也至關(guān)重要。變電站是對(duì)電能的電壓和電流進(jìn)行變換、集中和分配的場(chǎng)所,是聯(lián)系發(fā)電廠與電力用戶的中間紐帶,其不僅擔(dān)負(fù)著電壓變換和電能分配的重要任務(wù),同時(shí)也直接關(guān)系到電力系統(tǒng)本身的正常安全運(yùn)行,對(duì)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的正常與穩(wěn)定發(fā)展、人民群眾的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全起著至關(guān)重要的作用。變電站運(yùn)行時(shí)的安全性和穩(wěn)定性,直接影響整個(gè)電力系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的安全與穩(wěn)定。變電運(yùn)行維護(hù)與安全控制的技術(shù)是全國(guó)乃至全世界電力工作人員研究的重點(diǎn),提高變電系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行維護(hù)與安全控制的技術(shù)變得至關(guān)重要和迫在眉睫。本文主要闡述了變電站的相關(guān)理論知識(shí)、變電運(yùn)行的重要性以及變電運(yùn)行中常出現(xiàn)的故障問(wèn)題。介紹了變電系統(tǒng)的組成、分類及工作原理,尤其是對(duì)數(shù)字化變電站和智能化變電站的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)做了詳細(xì)的介紹。闡述了變電運(yùn)行的重要性和變電運(yùn)行維護(hù)中容易出現(xiàn)的故障問(wèn)題,并對(duì)產(chǎn)生故障的原因進(jìn)行詳細(xì)地分析,同時(shí)提出了相應(yīng)的防范措施。通過(guò)對(duì)這些故障的分析與整理,指出了變電站的運(yùn)行維護(hù)涉及的不足,并提出了如何保證變電安全運(yùn)行的防范措施。提高變電運(yùn)行安全性和可靠性措施方面的研究與分析,對(duì)于保證電力系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定與安全具有極為重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)意義與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,確保了變電運(yùn)行安全高效的發(fā)展,使變電系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行更加安全、穩(wěn)定、可靠。
[Abstract]:Power system has become one of the important and indispensable systems engineering in modern society. With the generation of electricity, people's way of life has been greatly changed, society, life has become more and more dependent on the power system. The development and construction of economy and society are more and more inseparable from the construction of electric power system. With the development of intelligence and diversity of power system, the application of smart grid is becoming more and more popular and extensive. At present, many scholars and workers pay more and more attention to the operation maintenance and safety control of power system. As an important link of power system, substation is an important part of electric energy operation and transmission, and its safe operation is also very important. Substation is the place where the voltage and current of electric energy are transformed, concentrated and distributed, and it is the middle link between the power plant and the power users. It not only shoulders the important task of voltage conversion and power distribution. At the same time, it is also directly related to the normal and safe operation of the power system itself, and plays a vital role in the normal and stable development of social economy and the safety of the people's life and property. The safety and stability of substation operation directly affect the safety and stability of the whole power system. The technology of substation operation maintenance and safety control is the focus of electric power workers all over the country and even all over the world. It is very important and urgent to improve the operation maintenance and safety control technology of substation system. This paper mainly expounds the relevant theoretical knowledge of substation, the importance of substation operation and the common problems of faults in substation operation. The composition, classification and working principle of substation system are introduced, especially the technical characteristics and development trend of digital substation and intelligent substation are introduced in detail. This paper expounds the importance of substation operation and the trouble problems in the maintenance of substation operation, analyzes in detail the causes of the failures, and puts forward the corresponding preventive measures at the same time. Based on the analysis and arrangement of these faults, the shortcomings of substation operation and maintenance are pointed out, and the preventive measures to ensure the safe operation of substation are put forward. The research and analysis of measures to improve the safety and reliability of substation operation are of great economic and practical significance to ensure the stability and safety of power system, and ensure the safe and efficient development of substation operation. Make the operation of substation system more safe, stable and reliable.
