基于頻率鎖定吸收光譜技術(shù)的變壓器故障特征氣體檢測研究

【摘要】:高準(zhǔn)確度、高靈敏度檢測故障特征氣體是基于油中溶解氣體分析的變壓器早期潛伏性故障診斷的關(guān)鍵。該文開展了基于頻率鎖定吸收光譜技術(shù)的變壓器故障特征氣體檢測研究;陔娝臉O躍遷理論,論證了H_2等同核雙原子分子同樣存在吸收效應(yīng);為提高H_2最小濃度的檢測極限,搭建了頻率鎖定腔增強(qiáng)吸收光譜氣體檢測平臺,首次實現(xiàn)了基于吸收光譜技術(shù)的變壓器故障特征氣體H_2的定性與定量檢測分析,檢測準(zhǔn)確度與重復(fù)性分別達(dá)到約93.82%及94.35%。腔內(nèi)氣體壓強(qiáng)為101k Pa時,H_2最小檢測濃度的實驗值約為7.5μL/L,與計算值的相對偏差僅為3.8%。此外,基于激光器陣列技術(shù),實現(xiàn)了其他6種變壓器故障特征混合氣體CO、CO2、CH_4、C_2H_2、C_2H_4與C_2H_6的吸收光譜檢測,其檢測準(zhǔn)確度與最小檢測濃度同樣滿足變壓器油中溶解氣體分析的需求。該研究為研制基于頻率鎖定吸收光譜技術(shù)的變壓器故障特征氣體現(xiàn)場檢測系統(tǒng)提供了理論依據(jù)和技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:Detection of fault characteristic gas with high accuracy and sensitivity is the key to early latent fault diagnosis of transformer based on dissolved gas analysis in oil. In this paper, the fault gas detection of transformer based on frequency locking absorption spectrum is studied. Based on the theory of electric quadrupole transition, it is proved that the absorption effect also exists in the equivalent nuclear diatomic molecules. In order to increase the detection limit of the minimum concentration of H _ s _ 2, a frequency-locked cavity enhanced absorption spectrum gas detection platform is built. For the first time, the qualitative and quantitative detection and analysis of transformer fault characteristic gas H _ s _ 2 based on absorption spectrum technology are realized. The detection accuracy and repeatability are about 93.82% and 94.35% respectively. When the gas pressure in the cavity is 101 KPA, the experimental value of the minimum detection concentration is about 7.5 渭 L / L, and the relative deviation from the calculated value is only 3.8. In addition, based on the laser array technology, the absorption spectrum detection of other six transformer fault feature mixture gases COCO2CO2CH4 / C2H2H4 and C2HSn6 are realized. The detection accuracy and minimum detection concentration are the same as the requirements of dissolved gas analysis in transformer oil. The research provides theoretical basis and technical support for the development of transformer fault feature gas field detection system based on frequency locked absorption spectrum technology.
