【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)電網(wǎng)的日趨復雜、技術(shù)的發(fā)展和更為先進的管理需求,對區(qū)域控制偏差的理解和運用應(yīng)該與時俱進。文中從互聯(lián)電網(wǎng)有功功率運行平衡控制性能評價的角度,對區(qū)域控制偏差和相關(guān)基本概念與理論進行了系統(tǒng)而深入的剖析,明確了頻率偏差系數(shù)與相對應(yīng)自然頻率特性系數(shù)間的偏差是影響有功功率平衡控制準確性的關(guān)鍵,進而提出了應(yīng)該在規(guī)劃、計劃和調(diào)度層面給出提高相關(guān)控制性能的措施。提出了動態(tài)自然頻率特性系數(shù)和動態(tài)區(qū)域控制偏差時間序列等概念,可為新一代評價標準的設(shè)計提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:With the increasing complexity of interconnected power grid, the development of technology and more advanced management requirements, the understanding and application of regional control deviation should keep pace with the times. In this paper, the regional control deviation and related basic concepts and theories are systematically and deeply analyzed from the point of view of evaluating the performance of active power balance control in interconnected power networks. It is clear that the deviation between the frequency deviation coefficient and the corresponding natural frequency characteristic coefficient is the key to the accuracy of active power balance control, and some measures to improve the control performance are put forward at the planning, planning and scheduling levels. The concepts of dynamic natural frequency characteristic coefficient and dynamic region control deviation time series are put forward, which can provide a new idea for the design of the new generation evaluation standard.
