【摘要】：配網(wǎng)可研評審是確保配網(wǎng)工程設(shè)計質(zhì)量的重要手段,是配網(wǎng)投資建設(shè)關(guān)鍵決策依據(jù)。面臨配網(wǎng)建設(shè)快速發(fā)展以及日趨多元化的新形勢,配網(wǎng)評審工作量以及評審難度顯著增加。本文立足配網(wǎng)評審管理現(xiàn)狀,從管理權(quán)限與范圍上明確了配網(wǎng)可研評審管理模式,并創(chuàng)新提出了配網(wǎng)可研評審"三項功能"管理策略以及全過程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化機制,推動配網(wǎng)評審工作向標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、精益化、高效化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Distribution network feasibility evaluation is an important means to ensure the design quality of distribution network engineering and is the key decision basis for distribution network investment and construction. Faced with the rapid development of distribution network construction and the increasingly diversified situation, the workload of distribution network review and the evaluation difficulty increased significantly. Based on the present situation of distribution network review and management, this paper clarifies the management mode of distribution network review and evaluation from the management authority and scope, and puts forward the "three functions" management strategy and the whole process standardization mechanism. Promote distribution network review to standardization, lean, high-efficiency development.
