火電廠無線智能倉儲(chǔ)管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:目前電力公司物資倉儲(chǔ)多使用ERP系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行管理,能實(shí)現(xiàn)物資的系統(tǒng)在線驗(yàn)收、出入庫及自動(dòng)平衡利庫功能,但所有的系統(tǒng)功能還需要靠人維護(hù),工作效率與準(zhǔn)確性比較低。為了提高生產(chǎn)效率、降低運(yùn)營成本,對(duì)于企業(yè)來說至關(guān)重要。為此現(xiàn)代火力發(fā)電公司準(zhǔn)備以RFID技術(shù)和物資管理的思想相融合,就入庫、盤點(diǎn)、出庫等多流程為構(gòu)架應(yīng)用于智能化倉儲(chǔ)全過程監(jiān)控管理,有效的推動(dòng)了火力發(fā)電企業(yè)物資管理的現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程。本系統(tǒng)以軟件工程設(shè)計(jì)理論為基礎(chǔ),以其全面性、簡(jiǎn)易性、高效性、穩(wěn)定性作為基本設(shè)計(jì)原則,在對(duì)某火電廠ERP倉儲(chǔ)管理進(jìn)行實(shí)際應(yīng)用的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合分析了火電廠物資管理管理部門的現(xiàn)狀和用戶特定需求,對(duì)物資到貨管理、入庫管理、移庫管理、移位管理、出庫管理以及物資使用管理等重點(diǎn)環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行了量化分析,編制了系統(tǒng)流程圖,詳細(xì)描述了所設(shè)計(jì)的各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)模塊的功能,規(guī)范了倉儲(chǔ)管理,提高倉儲(chǔ)周轉(zhuǎn)效率,減少運(yùn)營資金的占用,實(shí)現(xiàn)全智能物資倉儲(chǔ)管理,在平臺(tái)上通過運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)庫和網(wǎng)絡(luò)等技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了以B/S三層結(jié)構(gòu)為基礎(chǔ)的火電廠物資管理系統(tǒng)。由此,通過上述的實(shí)現(xiàn),滿足了火電廠經(jīng)營管理規(guī)范化、精細(xì)化、信息化的發(fā)展要求,提高了火電廠管理水平;使倉儲(chǔ)運(yùn)維人員的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度有所降低,生產(chǎn)效率反而相對(duì)提高;實(shí)現(xiàn)了物資從懫購到入庫和出庫的全面系統(tǒng)的管理,保障了電廠機(jī)組的正常生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行和檢修;實(shí)現(xiàn)了物資管理信息數(shù)據(jù)的共享和綜合利用;有效的降低了物資采購和庫存成本,使電廠生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益相對(duì)提高。
[Abstract]:At present, ERP system is used to manage the material storage in electric power company, which can realize the on-line acceptance of the material system, the entering and leaving of the material system and the automatic balance of profit library function, but all the system functions still need to be maintained by human beings, and the working efficiency and accuracy are relatively low. In order to improve production efficiency and reduce operating costs, it is very important for enterprises. For this reason, modern thermal power generation companies are preparing to integrate RFID technology and material management ideas and apply the multi-flow framework such as warehousing, inventory, and out-warehousing to the whole process monitoring and management of intelligent warehousing. Effectively promoted the modernization process of material management in thermal power generation enterprises. This system is based on the software engineering design theory and takes its comprehensiveness, simplicity, efficiency and stability as the basic design principle, on the basis of the practical application of ERP warehouse management in a thermal power plant. This paper synthetically analyzes the current situation of material management department of thermal power plant and the specific needs of users, and makes a quantitative analysis of the key links such as material arrival management, storage management, shift management, outgoing management and material use management and so on. The flow chart of the system is compiled, the functions of each subsystem module are described in detail, the storage management is standardized, the efficiency of warehouse turnover is improved, the occupation of operating funds is reduced, and the whole intelligent material storage management is realized. The material management system of thermal power plant based on the three-layer structure of B / S is realized by using database and network technology on the platform. Therefore, through the above realization, the development requirements of standardization, refinement and informatization of operation and management of thermal power plant are satisfied, and the management level of thermal power plant is improved, the labor intensity of storage operation and maintenance personnel is reduced, and the production efficiency is relatively improved. It realizes the comprehensive and systematic management of materials from purchase to storage and out of storage, ensures the normal production operation and maintenance of power plant units, realizes the sharing and comprehensive utilization of material management information and data, effectively reduces the material procurement and inventory costs, The economic benefits of power plant production and operation are relatively improved.
