軸向間隙對(duì)高速雙渦輪轉(zhuǎn)子穩(wěn)定性的試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:通過軸向間隙靜態(tài)試驗(yàn)判斷軸承供氣壓力不同時(shí)的軸向間隙,采用時(shí)間三維譜圖、軸心軌跡、頻譜分析等非線性振動(dòng)測(cè)試及分析方法,研究了軸向間隙對(duì)高速渦輪轉(zhuǎn)子穩(wěn)定性的影響.結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)左右兩側(cè)軸向間隙不相等時(shí),在升速過程中會(huì)出現(xiàn)氣膜振蕩和半速渦動(dòng)現(xiàn)象;當(dāng)左右兩側(cè)軸向間隙相等時(shí),氣膜振蕩和半速渦動(dòng)消失,能提高軸承轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性.
[Abstract]:The axial clearance with different gas supply pressure is determined by static test of axial clearance. The nonlinear vibration measurement and analysis methods such as time 3D spectrum, axis track and spectrum analysis are used. The influence of axial clearance on the stability of high speed turbine rotor is studied. The results show that the film oscillation and half velocity vortex will occur in the process of increasing the velocity when the axial gap between the two sides is not equal, and the film oscillation and the half speed vortex will disappear when the axial gap between the two sides is equal. It can improve the stability of bearing rotor system.
