變頻驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)傳導(dǎo)干擾建模仿真及抑制

【摘要】:變頻驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)作為提高電機(jī)運(yùn)行效率,降低生產(chǎn)能耗的有效途徑,在工業(yè)領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。隨著變頻驅(qū)動(dòng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,晶閘管逐步被高性能開關(guān)器件替代,PWM技術(shù)成為主要的控制方式,這在進(jìn)一步提高系統(tǒng)輸出性能的同時(shí)也帶來了嚴(yán)峻傳導(dǎo)干擾問題,嚴(yán)重影響了變頻驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)可靠性與兼容性。為此,深入研究變頻驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的傳導(dǎo)干擾問題并對其進(jìn)行抑制,對于推動(dòng)變頻驅(qū)動(dòng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用具有重要的理論價(jià)值與實(shí)際意義。本文以一種7.5kW通用變頻器搭建的變頻驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)為研究對象,對其傳導(dǎo)干擾進(jìn)行建模與抑制。在當(dāng)前變頻驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)傳導(dǎo)干擾機(jī)理研究的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對該系統(tǒng)各個(gè)組成模塊分別建立高頻EMI模型,建立基于Matlab軟件的變頻驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)傳導(dǎo)干擾模型,并通過實(shí)驗(yàn)測試對傳導(dǎo)干擾模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。其中,在電機(jī)阻抗的提取上,本文提出通過時(shí)域在線測量的方式提取電機(jī)模型參數(shù)的方法,解決了應(yīng)用現(xiàn)場缺少阻抗分析儀的情況下如何準(zhǔn)確提取電機(jī)阻抗的問題。進(jìn)而利用仿真模型指導(dǎo)傳導(dǎo)干擾抑制方案的設(shè)計(jì),提出"建模仿真-參數(shù)影響規(guī)律-濾波設(shè)計(jì)"的思路。通過已建立的變頻驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)傳導(dǎo)干擾模型對系統(tǒng)中變頻器關(guān)鍵參數(shù)以及常用的濾波參數(shù)進(jìn)行仿真研究。在總結(jié)關(guān)鍵濾波參數(shù)對系統(tǒng)傳導(dǎo)干擾的影響規(guī)律的基礎(chǔ)上,對課題所研究的平臺進(jìn)行濾波設(shè)計(jì),提出低配與高配兩種濾波方案,使其分別通過EN55011 ClassAGroup2和Group1對變頻驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)傳導(dǎo)干擾的要求。在進(jìn)行硬件濾波設(shè)計(jì)的同時(shí),對變頻驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)軟件抑制方法——共模電壓抑制PWM策略進(jìn)行綜述研究,并對其研究現(xiàn)狀與特征進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。通過仿真對其中的主要共模電壓抑制PWM策略在輸出諧波性能、輸出共模電壓特性、線性調(diào)制度范圍等方面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析并與傳統(tǒng)PWM算法進(jìn)行了對比。
[Abstract]:As an effective way to improve motor operation efficiency and reduce production energy consumption, frequency conversion drive system has been widely used in industrial field. With the development of frequency conversion drive technology, thyristor is gradually replaced by high performance switch device to replace PWM technology as the main control mode, which not only improves the output performance of the system, but also brings severe conduction interference problem. The reliability and compatibility of the variable frequency drive system are seriously affected. Therefore, it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study and suppress the conduction interference of frequency conversion drive system, which is of great theoretical value and practical significance to promote the development and application of frequency conversion drive technology. In this paper, a 7.5kW universal frequency converter is used as the research object to model and suppress the conduction interference. On the basis of the current research on the conduction interference mechanism of the frequency conversion drive system, the high frequency EMI model is established for each component module of the system, and the conduction interference model of the frequency conversion drive system based on Matlab software is established. The model of conduction interference is verified by experiment. In order to extract the impedance of the motor, this paper presents a method of extracting the parameters of the motor model by on-line measurement in time domain, which solves the problem of how to accurately extract the impedance of the motor in the absence of an impedance analyzer in the field. Then the simulation model is used to guide the design of conductive interference suppression scheme, and the idea of "modeling simulation-parameter influence law-filter design" is put forward. The key parameters of frequency converter and common filter parameters are simulated by the established conduction interference model of frequency conversion drive system. On the basis of summing up the influence of key filtering parameters on the system conduction interference, the filtering design of the platform studied in this paper is carried out, and two filtering schemes, low matching and high matching, are proposed. Through EN55011 ClassAGroup2 and Group1, the requirement of conduction interference in frequency conversion drive system is obtained. At the same time, the common mode voltage suppression PWM strategy, which is the software suppression method of the frequency conversion drive system, is reviewed, and its research status and characteristics are summarized. Through simulation, the main common mode voltage suppression PWM strategies are analyzed in detail in terms of output harmonic performance, output common-mode voltage characteristics, linear modulation range and so on, and compared with the traditional PWM algorithm.
