大型火電廠煙氣脫硝尿素區(qū)和SCR區(qū)控制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,我國(guó)對(duì)氮氧化物的排放量做了嚴(yán)格的規(guī)定,除了采用低NO_x燃燒器外,燃煤電廠煙氣脫硝系統(tǒng)也不斷增加。根據(jù)目前較流行的還原劑選擇方法,對(duì)尿素區(qū)水解系統(tǒng)和SCR區(qū)的控制系統(tǒng)及儀表設(shè)定進(jìn)行了分析,對(duì)整個(gè)脫硝系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了全面的介紹,對(duì)今后燃煤電廠脫硝系統(tǒng)儀控設(shè)計(jì)提出了一些建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of the society, the emission of nitrogen oxides is strictly regulated in China. In addition to the low NO_x burner, the flue gas denitrification system of coal-fired power plants is also increasing. According to the popular reducing agent selection method, the control system and the instrument setting of the urea zone and SCR area are analyzed and the whole denitrification system is made. A comprehensive introduction is made, and some suggestions on the design of the instrument and control system for the denitration system of coal-fired power plants in the future are put forward.
