不平衡電壓下雙饋感應(yīng)電機定子繞組匝間短路故障診斷研究

【摘要】:目前,雙饋感應(yīng)發(fā)電機作為風力發(fā)電主要機型之一受到了人們的重視,由于雙饋感應(yīng)發(fā)電機所處運行環(huán)境惡劣,加之機組長時間運行,出現(xiàn)故障的概率較大,其中定子繞組匝間短路故障是導致繞組故障主要原因之一,且該類故障發(fā)生的幾率較大,如不能及時有效的診斷出該故障,將會對電機本身造成巨大的損害,F(xiàn)階段,針對雙饋感應(yīng)電機定子繞組匝間短路故障的診斷主要通過監(jiān)測電氣量及非電氣量故障前后的變化兩方面進行研究。但這些方法大部分是在電網(wǎng)電壓平衡的條件下進行的,對不平衡電壓下雙饋感應(yīng)發(fā)電機發(fā)生定子繞組匝間短路故障的診斷研究較少。本文以多回路理論為基礎(chǔ),建立了電壓平衡及不平衡情況下雙饋感應(yīng)發(fā)電機定子繞組發(fā)生與未發(fā)生匝間短路故障的數(shù)學模型。介紹了負序視在阻抗的概念及其推導過程,分析負序分量的來源,并從理論分析上得到電壓不平衡繞組正常及電壓平衡情況下定子繞組匝間短路故障時雙饋感應(yīng)發(fā)電機轉(zhuǎn)子相電流的頻譜特征,并對上述兩種情況及不平衡電壓下發(fā)生定子繞組匝間短路故障進行了仿真。使用向量圖解法對仿真所得數(shù)據(jù)進行處理求得相關(guān)負序分量,對仿真得到的相電流進行波形分析,并運用定子相電流波形圖與轉(zhuǎn)子相電流頻譜分析相結(jié)合方法、負序視在阻抗法及負序電流法研究不平衡電壓下雙饋感應(yīng)發(fā)電機定子繞組匝間短路故障。仿真結(jié)果驗證了上述三種方法的正確性,為進一步研究不平衡電壓下雙饋感應(yīng)電機定子繞組故障的診斷方法提供了一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:At present, the doubly-fed induction generator, as one of the main wind power generation models, has been paid attention to. Due to the poor operating environment of the doubly-fed induction generator and the long-term operation of the unit, the probability of failure is high. The stator winding inter-turn short circuit fault is one of the main causes of winding fault, and the probability of this kind of fault is great. If the fault can not be diagnosed in time and effectively, it will cause great damage to the motor itself. At present, the diagnosis of stator winding inter-turn short circuit fault of doubly-fed induction motor is mainly studied by monitoring the change of electrical quantity and non-electrical quantity fault. However, most of these methods are carried out under the condition of voltage balance of power network, and the diagnosis of stator winding inter-turn short circuit fault of doubly-fed induction generator under unbalanced voltage is less studied. Based on the theory of multi-loop, the mathematical model of stator windings of doubly-fed induction generator with or without inter-turn short circuit is established under the condition of voltage balance and unbalance. The concept and derivation process of negative sequence apparent impedance are introduced, and the source of negative sequence component is analyzed. The spectrum characteristics of rotor phase current of doubly-fed induction generator under the condition of normal voltage unbalanced winding and voltage balanced inter-turn short circuit fault are obtained from theoretical analysis. The fault of inter-turn short circuit in stator winding is simulated under the above two conditions and unbalanced voltage. The vector diagram method is used to process the simulation data to obtain the negative sequence component, and the waveform of the phase current is analyzed, and the stator phase current waveform diagram is combined with the rotor phase current spectrum analysis method. The fault of inter-turn short circuit in stator windings of doubly-fed induction generator under unbalanced voltage is studied by impedance method and negative sequence current method. The simulation results verify the correctness of the above three methods and provide a certain reference value for further research on the fault diagnosis of stator windings of doubly-fed induction motors under unbalanced voltage.
