【摘要】：通過采用超單元法模擬滾珠-滾道接觸,用等效梁法模擬螺栓,得到大型雙排四點接觸球軸承有限元簡化模型,再與不加螺栓有限元算法以及理論算法對比,驗證該模型的正確性,并利用此方法分析螺栓預(yù)緊力對軸承載荷分布的影響。研究表明:隨著均布螺栓預(yù)緊力的增加,滾珠-滾道最大接觸載荷先降低后小幅增加;非均布螺栓預(yù)緊力使?jié)L珠-滾道接觸載荷波動加劇;內(nèi)、外圈螺栓預(yù)緊力差異使上、下排滾珠-滾道接觸載荷差異增大。
[Abstract]:By using superelement method to simulate ball raceway contact and equivalent beam method to simulate bolt, a simplified finite element model of large double-row four-point contact ball bearing is obtained. The validity of the model is verified and the influence of bolt preload on bearing load distribution is analyzed by using this method. The results show that the maximum contact load of ball and raceway decreases first and then increases slightly with the increase of preloading force of uniform distribution bolt, the fluctuation of contact load between ball and raceway is aggravated by the pretightening force of non-uniform distribution bolt, and the difference of pretension force of inner and outer ring bolt causes that, The difference of contact load between ball and raceway is increased.
