【摘要】：沙漠環(huán)境惡劣,對電機絕緣要求更苛刻。雖在沙漠腹地工作的電機有種種防沙裝置,但電機繞組絕緣仍難免會遇到沙漠中的沙塵威脅,且沙漠中高低溫差大,有凝露結(jié)霜及沙漠運輸過程的顛簸振動等惡劣環(huán)境,影響電機的正常運行和壽命。就沙漠環(huán)境對絕緣的影響引起絕緣惡化因素的分析及絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)的相應對策,并對如電磁線、對地絕緣材料等逐一做了深入探討,給出了初步的提升方案。
[Abstract]:The desert environment is harsh, and the requirements for electrical insulation are more stringent. Although the motor working in the hinterland of the desert has a variety of anti-sand devices, the insulation of the motor windings will inevitably meet the threat of sand dust in the desert, and the desert has a bad environment, such as the high and low temperature difference, condensation and frosting, and the turbulence and vibration of the transportation process in the desert. Affect the normal operation and life of the motor. Based on the analysis of the factors of insulation deterioration caused by desert environment and the corresponding countermeasures of insulation structure, the paper makes a thorough discussion on the insulation materials such as electromagnetic wire and ground insulation one by one, and gives a preliminary scheme of lifting the insulation.
