給水TOC對(duì)蒸汽氫電導(dǎo)率的影響

【摘要】:對(duì)于采用傳統(tǒng)的離子交換除鹽系統(tǒng)和全膜處理技術(shù)系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)鍋爐補(bǔ)給水的供熱機(jī)組而言,其影響蒸汽氫電導(dǎo)率的主要因素分別是原水中有機(jī)物的殘留物和還原性環(huán)境中細(xì)菌的大量繁殖。將凝膠型陰樹脂換成去除有機(jī)物效果較好的D213大孔型陰樹脂可顯著降低傳統(tǒng)的離子交換除鹽系統(tǒng)出水總有機(jī)碳(total organic carbon,TOC);在超濾前后投加非氧化性殺菌劑,均可有效殺滅穿透超濾的細(xì)菌。過(guò)熱蒸汽壓力為12.7~18.3MPa和18.3MPa的鍋爐補(bǔ)給水TOC的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值應(yīng)分別控制為≤400/Nμg/L和≤200/Nμg/L(N%為供熱機(jī)組的補(bǔ)水率,N1)。保證過(guò)熱蒸汽壓力18.3MPa的汽包爐和直流爐蒸汽質(zhì)量氫電導(dǎo)率(25℃)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值合格(氫電導(dǎo)率≤0.10μS/cm)的給水TOC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值應(yīng)為≤50μg/L。
