【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,人們對電能的需求越來越大,對電能的質量也提出了更高的要求,為我們提供電能的電力系統(tǒng)包括眾多的電氣設備,電氣試驗能及時發(fā)現(xiàn)電氣設備故障隱患,監(jiān)測設備運行狀況,根據(jù)電氣試驗結果有計劃對設備進行停電檢修,避免電氣設備故障臨時停電,保證電力系統(tǒng)安全、經(jīng)濟運行。本文首先通過分析寧海供電公司電氣試驗工作現(xiàn)狀,指出了電氣試驗安全工作的重要意義;其次分析了近幾年電氣試驗人身傷亡事故,對事故發(fā)生的原因進行了分析,總結出電氣試驗過程中常見的違章和誤操作,并針對這些安全隱患提出相應的對策。在發(fā)生事故隱患時通過切斷試驗電源終止高壓試驗的方法阻止事故的發(fā)生。在試驗區(qū)域布置紅外警戒防止人員誤闖試驗危險區(qū)域;利用低頻無線傳感技術識別試驗工作人員的位置,防止試驗工作人員人身觸電;通過腳踏開關的設計限制試驗監(jiān)護人的位置,確保監(jiān)護人履行好監(jiān)護職責。高壓試驗安全防護系統(tǒng)研制成功后,通過功能測試,并在寧海縣供電公司35kV長街變和寧�？h雁蒼山電力設備廠有限公司投入使用,安全防護系統(tǒng)的三重保護有效的保證試驗現(xiàn)場人員和試驗工作人員的人身安全。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, the demand for electric energy is increasing, and the quality of electric energy is also required. The electric power system that provides us with electric energy includes many electrical equipments. Electrical test can find hidden trouble of electrical equipment in time, monitor operation condition of equipment, carry out outage maintenance according to the result of electrical test, avoid temporary outage of electric equipment fault, ensure safe and economical operation of power system. By analyzing the current situation of electrical test work in Ninghai Power supply Company, this paper points out the important significance of electrical test safety work, and then analyzes the personal casualty accident of electrical test in recent years, and analyzes the causes of the accident. The common violations and misoperation in electrical test are summarized, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward in view of these hidden dangers. The high voltage test is stopped by cutting off the test power when the hidden trouble occurs. The infrared warning is arranged in the test area to prevent the personnel from breaking into the dangerous area of the test by mistake, and the low frequency wireless sensor technology is used to identify the position of the test worker to prevent the test worker from being electrocuted. The position of the test guardian is limited by the design of the pedal switch to ensure that the guardian performs the duty of guardianship. After the development of the safety protection system for high voltage test, it passed the function test and put into use in the 35kV Changjie Substation of Ninghai Power supply Company and the YanCangshan Electric Power equipment Factory Co., Ltd of Ninghai County. The triple protection of the safety protection system effectively ensures the personal safety of the test site personnel and the test workers.
