正銀漿料用無鉛玻璃特征溫度對晶體硅太陽能電池電性能的影響

【摘要】:利用綜合差熱分析和掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)對V玻璃、Ge玻璃和Te玻璃特性進行了表征,研究了不同體系的玻璃對電池性能的影響。通過配方的優(yōu)化和稀土金屬氧化物摻雜的Te玻璃,制備出的多晶電池轉(zhuǎn)換效率達(dá)16.72%,與鉛玻璃的16.94%相當(dāng)。研究表明:Te玻璃的玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度(Tg)約390℃,電池的轉(zhuǎn)換效率較高;在燒結(jié)時,Te玻璃正銀漿料能形成均勻的銀微晶,形成良好的Ag Si間Ohm接觸。
[Abstract]:The characteristics of V glass GE glass and Te glass were characterized by means of differential thermal analysis and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the effects of different glass systems on the performance of the battery were studied. By optimizing the formula and doping Te glass with rare earth metal oxide, the conversion efficiency of polycrystalline battery is 16.72%, which is equivalent to 16.94% of lead glass.
