[Abstract]:In order to improve the effectiveness of field application of gas insulated metal closed switchgear (GIS) partial discharge UHF (UHF) detection technology, it is necessary to check the coupling performance of UHF sensors. Therefore, a UHF sensor effective height measurement platform based on GTEM cell is established. The coupling performance of UHF sensor is characterized by the average effective height in the frequency band of 0.3 ~ 1.5 GHz and the percentage of the effective height in the band greater than or equal to 2 mm. Based on GTEM750 cell, the effective height of UHF sensor is compared with that of GTEM1500 cell by time-domain pulse and sweep reference method, and the type of UHF sensor is discussed based on the time-domain pulse reference method of GTEM750 cell. The effect of installation angle on effective height test results. The results show that different methods and platforms have a significant effect on the effective height of UHF sensors with the deviation of the average effective height of the UHF sensor within 鹵1 mm in the frequency band of 1.5GHz. The type of the UHF sensor, the installation angle and the installation angle have a significant effect on the effective height of the UHF sensor.
