特高壓變壓器用絕緣材料性能研究

【摘要】:特高壓輸電能夠大大提高電能的傳輸容量和傳輸距離,提高電能傳輸?shù)慕?jīng)濟性,節(jié)省線路走廊,非常適用于我國輸電距離長的特點。目前,我國在特高壓輸電領(lǐng)域處于世界領(lǐng)先的地位。特高壓電網(wǎng)的建設帶來特高壓變壓器及其原材料和組部件批量化采購的需求。依托特高壓交流和直流輸電工程的發(fā)展和建設,國內(nèi)特高壓變壓器制造企業(yè)在特高壓變壓器整機自主設計和生產(chǎn)制造方面取得了巨大進步,特高壓變壓器制造廠的產(chǎn)能已能滿足工程應用需求。目前,國內(nèi)絕緣材料制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品在交流750kV及以下電壓等級的變壓器項目上得到了廣泛應用,但在特高壓變壓器上應用較少。缺乏特高壓工程運行經(jīng)驗是國內(nèi)絕緣材料制造企業(yè)的短板,而已經(jīng)順利通過型式試驗和特高壓工程帶電運行考核的特高壓變壓器的設計、工藝運行性能都是在采用國外進口絕緣材料的基礎上實現(xiàn)的。特高壓絕緣材料的進口造成當前特高壓變壓器的制造成本高、生產(chǎn)周期長,隨著后續(xù)特高壓工程的快速推進,國產(chǎn)絕緣材料在特高壓變壓器上的應用需求更大。本論文主要針對特高壓交流變壓器絕緣紙板、絕緣成型絕緣件的性能進行了研究。主要對國產(chǎn)及進口絕緣紙板和成型絕緣件的電氣性能、機械性能進行對比分析;提出了絕緣紙板及成型絕緣件制作的工藝改進措施;仿真分析了特高壓變壓器主絕緣設計結(jié)構(gòu)中的電場分布情況;同時考核了國產(chǎn)及進口絕緣紙板的老化試驗,對比分析國產(chǎn)及進口絕緣材料對特高壓變壓器長期運行穩(wěn)定性的影響。通過以上研究分析,國產(chǎn)絕緣紙板及成型絕緣件在性能上已經(jīng)能夠滿足特高壓交流變壓器的使用要求,為實現(xiàn)特高壓變壓器絕緣材料國產(chǎn)化提供理論基礎。隨著特高壓直流技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,特高壓直流線路建設會持續(xù)增強,特高壓換流變壓器必然會占據(jù)更大的市場。在產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)方面會向更大電壓、更大容量發(fā)展,對產(chǎn)品絕緣性能要求更高。
[Abstract]:UHV transmission can greatly improve the transmission capacity and distance of electric energy, improve the economy of power transmission, and save the line corridor, which is very suitable for the long transmission distance in China. At present, our country is in the world leading position in the field of UHV transmission. The construction of UHV power grid brings the demand of bulk purchasing of UHV transformers and their raw materials and components. Relying on the development and construction of UHV AC and DC transmission projects, domestic UHV transformer manufacturing enterprises have made great progress in the independent design and manufacture of UHV transformers. The production capacity of UHV transformer factory can meet the requirement of engineering application. At present, the products produced by domestic insulating materials manufacturing enterprises have been widely used in transformer projects with AC voltage grades of 750 kV and below, but few in UHV transformers. The lack of operation experience in UHV projects is the short board of domestic insulating material manufacturing enterprises, and the design of UHV transformers, which have passed the type test and live operation assessment of UHV projects successfully, The process performance is realized on the basis of imported insulating materials. The import of UHV insulation materials causes the high manufacturing cost and long production cycle of UHV transformers. With the rapid development of subsequent UHV projects, the application demand of domestic insulating materials on UHV transformers is greater. In this paper, the performance of insulating board and insulating parts of UHV AC transformer is studied. The electrical and mechanical properties of domestic and imported insulator board and moulded insulating parts are compared and analyzed, and the technological improvement measures for the manufacture of insulator paper board and moulded insulating parts are put forward. The electric field distribution in the main insulation design structure of UHV transformer is simulated and analyzed, and the aging test of domestic and imported insulating paperboard is also examined. The effects of domestic and imported insulating materials on the long-term operation stability of UHV transformers are compared and analyzed. Through the above research and analysis, the performance of domestic insulator paper board and shaped insulating parts can meet the requirements of UHV AC transformers, which provides a theoretical basis for realizing the localization of UHV transformer insulation materials. With the development of UHV DC technology, UHV DC line construction will continue to strengthen, UHV converter transformer will inevitably occupy a larger market. In the product structure will develop to greater voltage, greater capacity, higher requirements for product insulation.
