660MW機(jī)組不同變負(fù)荷速率下瞬態(tài)過(guò)程的能耗特性研究

【摘要】:火電機(jī)組承擔(dān)著調(diào)峰任務(wù),大幅度變負(fù)荷成為其運(yùn)行常態(tài)。為研究火電機(jī)組變負(fù)荷過(guò)程的能耗特性,該文以某660MW超臨界機(jī)組為研究對(duì)象,采用GSE軟件,建立了考慮機(jī)組蓄熱和控制系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)模型,獲得了不同變負(fù)荷速率下機(jī)組瞬態(tài)過(guò)程的能耗,并與穩(wěn)態(tài)模型計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比。結(jié)果表明:在機(jī)組升負(fù)荷過(guò)程中,動(dòng)態(tài)模型計(jì)算的平均煤耗率相比穩(wěn)態(tài)模型最大增加了2.2g/(k W?h),而在降負(fù)荷過(guò)程中,動(dòng)態(tài)模型計(jì)算的平均煤耗率相比穩(wěn)態(tài)模型最大降低了2.04g/(k W?h)。不同變負(fù)荷速率下,動(dòng)態(tài)與穩(wěn)態(tài)模型計(jì)算的平均煤耗率差別不同:升負(fù)荷時(shí),動(dòng)態(tài)模型與穩(wěn)態(tài)模型計(jì)算的平均煤耗率最多相差0.72g/(k W?h);降負(fù)荷時(shí),動(dòng)態(tài)模型與穩(wěn)態(tài)模型計(jì)算的平均煤耗率最大相差0.27g/(k W?h)。
[Abstract]:Thermal power units undertake the task of peak-regulation, and large-scale load change becomes the normal operation. In order to study the energy consumption characteristics of a 660MW supercritical unit, a dynamic model of heat storage and control system is established by using GSE software. The energy consumption of the transient process of the unit at different load rates is obtained and compared with the calculation results of the steady-state model. The results show that the average coal consumption rate calculated by the dynamic model is the largest increase of the 2.2g/(k W / H, and the average coal consumption rate calculated by the dynamic model is lower than that of the steady-state model in the process of load reduction by the dynamic model compared with the steady-state model, and the average coal consumption rate calculated by the dynamic model is lower than that of the steady-state model. Under different load rate, the difference of average coal consumption rate between dynamic model and steady state model is different: the difference between dynamic model and steady-state model in average coal consumption is maximum when load is raised, and when load is reduced, the difference between dynamic model and steady-state model is maximum. The maximum difference of average coal consumption rate between dynamic model and steady model is 0.27g/(k.
