【摘要】:針對(duì)表面-內(nèi)置式永磁轉(zhuǎn)子同步電機(jī)(SIPMSM)優(yōu)化目標(biāo)多并且彼此之間相互制約的特點(diǎn),引入一種統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法——田口法實(shí)現(xiàn)SIPMSM的多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。選取齒槽轉(zhuǎn)矩、電磁轉(zhuǎn)矩波動(dòng)、轉(zhuǎn)矩永磁體質(zhì)量比和力能指標(biāo)等特性作為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),并確定了對(duì)目標(biāo)特性影響較大的優(yōu)化參數(shù)和參數(shù)影響因子取值范圍。建立參數(shù)影響因子和優(yōu)化目標(biāo)的實(shí)驗(yàn)正交矩陣,利用有限元法進(jìn)行求解,分析參數(shù)的影響因子對(duì)SIPMSM目標(biāo)性能的影響比重,從而確定使SIPMSM綜合性能最佳的參數(shù)組合。通過對(duì)比優(yōu)化前后的目標(biāo)特性,結(jié)果表明優(yōu)化后SIPMSM的綜合性能得到極大的提高。
[Abstract]:In view of the characteristics of multi-objective optimization and mutual restriction between surface and built-in permanent magnet rotor synchronous motor (SIPMSM), a statistical method-Taguchi method is introduced to realize the multi-objective optimization design of SIPMSM. The characteristics of slot torque, electromagnetic torque ripple, torque permanent magnet mass ratio and force energy index are selected as the optimization objectives, and the optimal parameters and parameters influencing the target characteristics are determined. The experimental orthogonal matrix of parameter influence factor and optimization objective is established, and the finite element method is used to solve the problem. The influence factors of parameters on the performance of SIPMSM are analyzed, and the optimal combination of parameters is determined. By comparing the target characteristics before and after optimization, the results show that the comprehensive performance of the optimized SIPMSM is greatly improved.
