X火電廠數(shù)字化煤場管理系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:電力工業(yè)是國家的基礎產業(yè),它關系到國家的發(fā)展和社會的穩(wěn)定,電力工業(yè)的正常運行至關重要。電力工業(yè)正常運行離不開最基礎的燃料供給,燃料的品種和質量都要滿足鍋爐的設計要求。所以火電廠必須嚴格管理燃料的供給和運輸。只有加強燃料科學的管理,才能保證火電廠所需燃料正常供給。火電廠燃料在整個的火電廠運營當中所占的成本最大,大約占火電廠成本的80%左右,所以燃料管理是火電廠生產經(jīng)營中的一件大事。傳統(tǒng)的燃料管理使得現(xiàn)場比較亂,數(shù)據(jù)反饋不夠及時,而且工作人員工作量比較大,雖然近幾年開始使用信息化技術來管理,但是由于研發(fā)人員水平有限,時間較短,還沒有使各個環(huán)節(jié)形成閉環(huán)。所以急需要用數(shù)字化煤場管理系統(tǒng)來解決這類問題。本文以X火電廠數(shù)字化煤場管理系統(tǒng)為背景,首先闡述了燃料管理理論、數(shù)字化管理信息系統(tǒng)理論和企業(yè)資源管理理論,對X火電廠燃料管理的現(xiàn)狀以及出現(xiàn)的問題進行了分析,為了解決這些問題,提出數(shù)字化煤場管理的系統(tǒng)建設。再次本文詳細介紹了X火電廠數(shù)字化煤場管理系統(tǒng)的方案設計,設計方案通過審核,實施數(shù)字化煤場管理系統(tǒng),選擇了SAP ERP平臺作為煤場優(yōu)化管理信息系統(tǒng)的軟件平臺。最后對數(shù)字化煤場管理系統(tǒng)應用效果進行了分析。本文按照理論研究、火電廠現(xiàn)狀分析、設計方案、實際應用、歸納推廣展開,利用了生產管理、ERP、流程分析等學科知識,將理論和實踐相結合,通過定性和定量相結合的方法,對火電廠企業(yè)內實施數(shù)字化煤場管理系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務流程進行研究。X火電廠通過實施數(shù)字化煤場管理系統(tǒng),使各個環(huán)節(jié)形成了閉環(huán),能夠及時反饋數(shù)據(jù)和數(shù)據(jù)共享,提高了工作效率,降低了企業(yè)生產的成本,為企業(yè)帶來了巨大的經(jīng)濟效益,進而實現(xiàn)企業(yè)效率、成本和質量等方面的不斷改善,提升企業(yè)的整體實力。
[Abstract]:The electric power industry is the basic industry of the country, which is related to the development of the country and the stability of the society, and the normal operation of the electric power industry is very important. The normal operation of electric power industry can not do without the most basic fuel supply, the variety and quality of fuel must meet the design requirements of the boiler. So thermal power plants must strictly manage the supply and transportation of fuel. Only by strengthening the management of fuel science can the fuel supply of thermal power plants be guaranteed. The fuel of thermal power plant accounts for the largest cost in the whole operation of thermal power plant, about 80% of the cost of thermal power plant, so fuel management is a major event in the production and operation of thermal power plant. The traditional fuel management makes the site more chaotic, the data feedback is not timely enough, and the workload of the staff is relatively large. Although information technology has been used for management in recent years, but because of the limited level of R & D personnel, the time is relatively short. It has not yet formed a closed loop for each link. So it is urgent to use digital coal yard management system to solve this kind of problem. In this paper, the theory of fuel management, the theory of digital management information system and the theory of enterprise resource management are introduced in the background of digital coal yard management system of X thermal power plant. The present situation and problems of fuel management in X thermal power plant are analyzed. In order to solve these problems, the system construction of digital coal yard management is put forward. Thirdly, this paper introduces the scheme design of digital coal yard management system in X thermal power plant in detail. The design scheme is verified and the digital coal yard management system is implemented. SAP ERP platform is selected as the software platform of coal yard optimization management information system. Finally, the application effect of digital coal yard management system is analyzed. According to theoretical research, current situation analysis of thermal power plant, design scheme, practical application, generalizing and spreading, using the knowledge of production management and process analysis, this paper combines theory with practice, and combines qualitative and quantitative methods. The business process of implementing digital coal yard management system in thermal power plant enterprise is studied. X thermal power plant through the implementation of digital coal yard management system makes every link form a closed loop and can feedback data and data sharing in time. It improves the working efficiency, reduces the production cost of the enterprise, brings enormous economic benefits to the enterprise, and then realizes the continuous improvement of the efficiency, cost and quality of the enterprise, and promotes the overall strength of the enterprise.
