模塊化多電平高壓變頻技術(shù)研究綜述

【摘要】:模塊化多電平換流器(MMC)作為一種新型高壓大功率拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),不僅在直流輸電領(lǐng)域中獲得廣泛關(guān)注,也在高壓變頻領(lǐng)域頗具應(yīng)用前景。與傳統(tǒng)的高壓變頻器拓?fù)湎啾容^,模塊化多電平換流器在靈活性、可靠性、電壓波形質(zhì)量、輸入變壓器設(shè)計、電壓功率等級等方面均展現(xiàn)出一系列技術(shù)優(yōu)勢。為促進(jìn)中國高壓變頻技術(shù)的發(fā)展,對MMC變頻器的電路特點、子模塊結(jié)構(gòu)、調(diào)制方法、電容電壓平衡策略、諧波分析、環(huán)流抑制、啟動預(yù)充電、故障容錯與可靠性、低頻運行等方面的最新研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析評述,并指出模塊化多電平高壓變頻技術(shù)的研究難點與挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:As a new type of high-voltage and high-power topology, modularized multilevel converter (MMC) has not only gained wide attention in the field of direct current transmission, but also has a great application prospect in the field of high-voltage frequency conversion. Compared with the traditional high voltage converter topology, the modular multilevel converter shows a series of technical advantages in the aspects of flexibility, reliability, voltage waveform quality, input transformer design, voltage power level, etc. In order to promote the development of high voltage frequency conversion technology in China, the circuit characteristics, submodule structure, modulation method, capacitive voltage balance strategy, harmonic analysis, circulation suppression, start-up precharge, fault tolerance and reliability of MMC inverter are discussed. The latest research progress in low frequency operation is reviewed in detail, and the difficulties and challenges of modularized multilevel high voltage frequency conversion technology are pointed out.
