【摘要】:本文通過對(duì)國(guó)家節(jié)能減排改造計(jì)劃和蘇錫地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的解讀,抓住區(qū)域小熱電關(guān)停和供熱需求持續(xù)新增這對(duì)主要矛盾,并分析660MW超超臨界機(jī)組由純發(fā)電改為熱電聯(lián)供的可行性。確定了可以通過改造引風(fēng)機(jī)來新增供熱源。引風(fēng)機(jī)改造同時(shí)還可以優(yōu)化鍋爐尾部風(fēng)煙系統(tǒng),將原有引風(fēng)機(jī)和增壓風(fēng)機(jī)合二為一,簡(jiǎn)化煙道結(jié)構(gòu),降低尾部煙氣阻力,提高鍋爐經(jīng)濟(jì)性。論文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容有:1.由于新引風(fēng)機(jī)需要替代原有引風(fēng)機(jī)和增壓風(fēng)機(jī)的出力,所以本文將詳細(xì)比較當(dāng)前工業(yè)應(yīng)用中各類常見的引風(fēng)機(jī)調(diào)節(jié)方式和動(dòng)力選型。根據(jù)以供熱為主要改造目標(biāo)的實(shí)際需求,最后將風(fēng)機(jī)選型確定為靜葉調(diào)節(jié)加回?zé)崾奖硥盒∑啓C(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)。2.根據(jù)所擬選定的引風(fēng)機(jī)選型方案,設(shè)定新的控制策略和邏輯。在探究新的設(shè)定時(shí),本文將主要從引風(fēng)機(jī)作為鍋爐重要輔機(jī)這個(gè)角度進(jìn)行闡述。做為鍋爐重要輔機(jī)時(shí),將分別討論引風(fēng)機(jī)在啟動(dòng)、正常運(yùn)行、停用、RB事故工況,這四種不同的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景所對(duì)應(yīng)不同的控制策略和邏輯。3.工業(yè)應(yīng)用總離不開對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的分析,本文力求精確詳盡的對(duì)供熱所能產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、引風(fēng)機(jī)改造的成本、所擬選定引風(fēng)機(jī)選型方案的經(jīng)濟(jì)性、環(huán)保性優(yōu)勢(shì)等方面進(jìn)行分析。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the National Energy-saving and Emission reduction Reconstruction Plan and the economic development of Suxi region, this paper grasps the major contradiction between the shutdown of small regional heat and power plants and the continuous increase of heat supply demand. The feasibility of converting 660 MW ultra-supercritical unit from pure generation to combined heat and power supply is analyzed. It is determined that the new heating source can be added by reforming the induced fan. At the same time, the retrofit of induced fan can optimize the air smoke system at the back of the boiler, combine the original draft fan with the pressurized fan, simplify the flue structure, reduce the flue gas resistance, and improve the boiler economy. The main content of this thesis is: 1. Since the new induced fan needs to replace the original induced fan and the pressurized fan, this paper will compare in detail various kinds of common regulating ways and power selection of the induced fan in the current industrial application. According to the actual demand of taking heat supply as the main target of retrofit, the type selection of fan is determined to be the drive of small steam turbine with static vane regulation plus regenerative backpressure. The new control strategy and logic are set according to the selected scheme of draft fan selection. In order to explore the new timing, this paper will mainly from the point of view of the draft fan as an important auxiliary machine of boiler. As an important auxiliary machine of boiler, this paper discusses the starting, normal operation and stopping of RB accident condition of induced fan respectively. These four different application scenarios correspond to different control strategy and logic .3. The industrial application is always inseparable from the analysis of the economic benefits. This paper tries to make an accurate and detailed analysis of the economic benefits that can be generated by heating, the cost of the transformation of the induced fans, the economy of the selected scheme of the type selection of the induced fans, the advantages of environmental protection, and so on.
