特高壓變壓器用硅鋼片應用磁性能的評估

【摘要】:IEC 60404僅指定了單片硅鋼片的磁性能測試方法,難以滿足特高壓變壓器用硅鋼片應用磁性能的評估需求。為此,建立了基于鐵心模型的硅鋼片應用磁性能試驗系統(tǒng),對比研究了2種硅鋼片牌號鐵心模型的深度磁飽和特性、耐受直流偏磁特性及反復過勵磁特性。研究結果表明:試樣II鐵心模型空載電流在100%~115%額定電壓范圍內明顯大于試樣I鐵心模型,電流諧波含量及聲級也有相同規(guī)律;相同直流偏磁電流下,試樣Ⅱ鐵心模型的空載損耗小于試樣I鐵心模型,直流偏磁電流大于1.0A后該趨勢更加明顯;反復過勵磁條件下試樣Ⅱ鐵心模型空載電流及空載損耗波動范圍較大,反復過勵磁前后空載損耗變化率較小。最后,提出了適用于特高壓變壓器用硅鋼片應用磁性能的8項評估指標,分析結果認為,試樣Ⅰ及試樣Ⅱ鐵心模型在應用磁性能方面差別明顯。研究結論為技術人員掌握硅鋼片應用磁性能提供了新思路。
[Abstract]:IEC 60404 has only specified the magnetic performance test method of single silicon steel sheet, which is difficult to meet the needs of magnetic performance evaluation of silicon steel sheet used in UHV transformer. A magnetic performance test system for silicon steel sheet based on core model is established. The characteristics of deep magnetic saturation, resistance to DC bias and repeated overexcitation of two kinds of silicon steel plate core models are compared and studied. The results show that the no-load current of sample II core model is obviously larger than that of sample I core model in the range of 100 ~ 115% rated voltage, and the current harmonic content and sound level are the same, and the DC bias magnetoelectric current is the same.
