省電力公司用電信息采集系統(tǒng)運(yùn)維及應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:用電信息采集系統(tǒng)是堅(jiān)強(qiáng)智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)的一個(gè)重要核心平臺(tái),是第一個(gè)大規(guī)模建設(shè)的智能電網(wǎng)工程項(xiàng)目,是實(shí)現(xiàn)電能信息“全采集、全覆蓋、全預(yù)付費(fèi)”的基礎(chǔ)平臺(tái),是加強(qiáng)精益化管理、提高優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)水平的必要手段。目前系統(tǒng)建設(shè)工作已基本完成,但要想真正發(fā)揮系統(tǒng)作用,除了建設(shè)好,還要運(yùn)維好、應(yīng)用好,運(yùn)維是應(yīng)用的基礎(chǔ),應(yīng)用是采集系統(tǒng)的價(jià)值體現(xiàn)。如何更有效地運(yùn)維好、應(yīng)用好用電信息采集系統(tǒng),本論文根據(jù)實(shí)際工作,對(duì)用電信息采集系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)維問(wèn)題及應(yīng)用方向進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析及研究。本文首先對(duì)用電信息采集系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)進(jìn)行了研究,結(jié)合某省電力公司用電信息采集系統(tǒng)建設(shè)情況,對(duì)其主站、通信信道、采集設(shè)備、組網(wǎng)方式、費(fèi)控方式進(jìn)行了深入分析,作為后續(xù)運(yùn)維及應(yīng)用研究的基礎(chǔ);運(yùn)維研究方面,對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)采集成功率提升、數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量提升、遠(yuǎn)程費(fèi)控執(zhí)行成功率提升等重點(diǎn)運(yùn)維問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了全環(huán)節(jié)研究,明確了問(wèn)題制約點(diǎn),提出、實(shí)施了具體改進(jìn)措施,并對(duì)實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行分析研究。研究了某省公司現(xiàn)行運(yùn)維機(jī)制,并對(duì)新舊故障監(jiān)控及派單方式進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析;應(yīng)用研究方面,結(jié)合電力公司實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)及政府相關(guān)政策對(duì)用電信息采集系統(tǒng)功能進(jìn)行了深入分析,重點(diǎn)研究了用電信息采集系統(tǒng)在自動(dòng)抄表和遠(yuǎn)程費(fèi)控、線損監(jiān)測(cè)、計(jì)量在線監(jiān)測(cè)及智能診斷、反竊電、電價(jià)遠(yuǎn)程下發(fā)、配變運(yùn)行監(jiān)測(cè)、有序用電、電能質(zhì)量在線監(jiān)測(cè)等8方面的深化應(yīng)用,深入挖掘了采集系統(tǒng)功能及數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用價(jià)值,同時(shí)結(jié)合公司實(shí)際應(yīng)用情況進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用成效說(shuō)明。本論文的研究結(jié)果對(duì)電力公司采集系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行維護(hù)及系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用推廣工作具有一定的借鑒和參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The power information acquisition system is an important core platform for the construction of a strong smart grid, the first large-scale smart grid project, and the basic platform for realizing the "full acquisition, full coverage and full prepayment" of power information. It is the necessary means to strengthen the lean management and improve the quality service level. At present, the system construction work has been basically completed, but in order to play a real role in the system, in addition to the construction, but also good operation and maintenance, good application, operation and maintenance is the basis of the application, the application is the value of the collection system. Based on the practical work, this paper makes a detailed analysis and research on the operation and maintenance problems and application direction of the power information acquisition system. In this paper, the structure of power information acquisition system is studied, and the main station, communication channel, acquisition equipment, networking mode and cost control mode are deeply analyzed according to the construction of power information acquisition system in a provincial power company. As the basis of the follow-up research on operation and maintenance, in the aspect of operation and maintenance research, the key operational and maintenance problems, such as data acquisition success rate, data quality improvement, remote cost control execution success rate improvement, etc., are studied in the whole link. Put forward, carry out the concrete improvement measure, and carry on the analysis research to the implementation effect. The current operation and maintenance mechanism of a provincial company is studied, and the new and old fault monitoring and dispatching methods are compared and analyzed. Combined with the actual business of the power company and the relevant government policies, the functions of the power information collection system are deeply analyzed, and the functions of the power information acquisition system in automatic meter reading and remote fee control, line loss monitoring, on-line measurement and intelligent diagnosis are studied. The further application of eight aspects, such as anti-stealing electricity, long-distance electricity distribution, distribution transformer operation monitoring, orderly electricity consumption, on-line power quality monitoring, etc., has deeply excavated the functions of the collection system and the application value of the data. At the same time, combined with the actual application of the company to explain the effectiveness of the application. The research results of this paper have some reference value for the operation and maintenance of the acquisition system and the application and popularization of the system in the electric power company.
